Of Course Tim Burton Will Have a MoMA Exhibit — He's Brilliant

I'm thinking of taking a trip to New York in late November — not for Thanksgiving or to visit my relatives and friends, but for the Tim Burton exhibit that will open at the Museum of Modern Art on Nov. 22. The exhibit will feature "more than 700 pieces: paintings, drawings, storyboards, maquettes, puppets and other work created or designed by Burton." I think Burton is a brilliant artist; I love that he so often creates a tone that's at once beautiful, sinister, funny, and sometimes rather touching. In my excitement over this future Burtonist pilgrimage, I've gathered together stills from some of Burton's most admirable works.

Now this is an exhibit I would love to see. Tim Burton is such an interesting artist. Must be nightmarishly (word?)dreamy,lol.
