Cinderella's Dazzling Pictures Will Take Your Breath Away

Prepare to be very, very jealous of Lily James. The actress is portraying Cinderella in Disney's upcoming retelling of the classic fairy tale, and not only does she get to wear insanely gorgeous clothes, but she also gets to dance with Robb Stark, er, Richard Madden. The film's trailers made us all "ohhh" and "ahhh," and now these pictures are enough to make us swoon. James and Madden are beautiful, and Cate Blanchett is wickedly gorgeous as Cinderella's evil stepmother, Lady Tremaine. The movie opens this Friday, so start polishing your glass slippers!

Disney

Meet Cinderella (Lily James).

Disney

Her life isn't awesome.

Disney

But she does get to feed chickens.

Disney

And hang clothes.

Disney

She's forced to wait on her stepmother (Cate Blanchett).

Disney

She also has two terrible stepsisters (Holliday Grainger and Sophie McShera).

Disney

Her life is pretty awful, actually.

Disney

But, man, that hat is beautiful.

Disney

One day, Cinderella goes for a ride in the fields.

Disney

He is quite charmed by her.

Disney

She meets a fairy godmother (Helena Bonham Carter), who helps transform her.

Disney

After her dress for the ball is destroyed by her stepmother, Cinderella's fairy godmother makes her an enchanted new gown for the royal ball.

Disney

Those magical kicks, though.

Disney

The fairy godmother also turns a pumpkin into an amazing carriage.

Disney

We're so excited for her.

Disney

Just look how gorgeous this is!

Disney

And so Cinderella attends the ball and greets her Prince Charming.

Disney

While the whole kingdom watches.

Disney

And then they dance. Sigh.

Disney

They just dance and dance and dance.

Disney

But Cinderella is too busy dancing to notice.

Disney

After the ball, Cinderella disappears, and the prince must track her down.

Disney

The sisters go a little too far with the outfits.

Disney

He'll remember that face, right?

Disney

Will they end up together?

Disney

Probably, because that's just how the story goes.
