Catch The Hold Steady Live Online

The Hold Steady put out my favorite album of 2006 — the careening masterpiece that is Boys and Girls in America — so I was delighted to see this live performance by the Hold Steady posted on AOL Music's Spinner site. The band's live shows are alternatively brilliant and unhinged, and this video is no exception. The footage, recorded in New York and Minneapolis, features a track from each of the band's three stellar albums: "Most People are DJs" from Almost Killed Me, "Banging Camp" from Separation Sunday, and "Stuck Between Stations," the opener off the band's newest album.
