Buzz In: Which TV Characters Would Make Good Halloween Costumes?

I am so sure that the Halloween parties I attend this year will feature at least one girl dressed in a blood-spattered red-and-white cheerleader costume, in honor of that indestructible cheerleader Claire on Heroes.

If you were so inclined, you could grab a cane, a stethoscope and a surly attitude to go as Dr. House. Or make like Jim Halpert and dress and act like Dwight Schrute (or make like this guy and go as the Dwight Schrute bobblehead doll!).

In fact, you can even purchase a Panthers jersey to dress up as your favorite football-playing Friday Night Lights character.

So tell me in the comments section: What TV-inspired costumes could be out and about this year?

I've always wanted to go as the Young Ones for halloween.. despite me being a girl.. .Or Eddie and Pats from ABFAB, but this year, my *very WHITE* boyfriend and I are going as Sylvia Browne and Montel Williams. They're not characters.. but they may as well be. Also, the first couple of guys I see dressed as Bret & Jemaine from Flight of the Conchords... I'll be joining them for the evening ;).

Omg what a GREAT idea! I was going to dress as Dr. Callie Torres from Grey's Anatomy, because everybody tells me I look like her - well, actually I harass people into telling me I do which is just the same - but the bloody cheerleader idea is definitely on my mind now.

LOL. Cerub1175, for a month I tired to figure out how I could go as Bill Haverchuck dressed up as the Bionic Woman. Ultimately I gave up the idea as being too meta, not recognizable enough. :-(

i think going as bree (desperate housewives) would be really fun. cept i can't pull of the red hair. kate or sun (lost)... or even michael scofield...(altho shaving my head could be a problem)

I'm going as Morpheus (Dream) from Neil Gaiman's 'The Sandman' series. A friend already called Death, and I don't feel like having multi-colored hair for a few days after, which cancels out Delirium.

I know the show won't come back until mid-season, but my boyfriend and I are dressing up as Amercian Gladiators. I have been making the costumes for the last month and we are both so excited to parade around in red and blue spandex!!

Hmm, I like indestructible cheerleader idea, but I think you're right. A lot of other girls might do it! :(

if you have some raggedy clothes at home, you could always go as one of the lost characters :)

ooh, but i could so go as Ugly betty - my eyebrows are pretty heavy, i wear glasses... i am pretty short and i could fake the clothes pretty happily. :)

ugly betty would be so much fun! i'd pick grace park from Battlestar Galactica though, without the pilot costume since you'd just need some layered shirts (including that dorky tank top!) and some khaki pants or similar. plus, i'd go as Grace since we have the same hair color. :)

ok like years ago years ago before heroes was even a show i went as a dead cheerleader for Halloween :rotfl: i'd never do that now though lol i dunno what i was thinking :rotfl:

So I've been wanting to go as Tobias for a long long time now... jean shorts, blue tank, blue pantyhose, hideous glasses, and sandals and socks. Also, Fuji from Superdave... black cardigan, white shirt, big glasses, and a hat that says, "Fuji"
