Buzz In: What Movies Did You Watch Most as a Kid?

Seeing Race to Witch Mountain take the top spot at the weekend box office got me all nostalgic for the original Witch Mountain movies. Escape to Witch Mountain and Return from Witch Mountain — both now out in special edition DVDs, which, frankly, I can't wait to buy — were two of my most frequent video rentals when I was a kid.

I'm not sure if they're the movies I watched the most, though — but they're up there with The NeverEnding Story, Labyrinth, and Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken, which I think I begged my parents to rent every time I stayed home sick from school. So, what about you? Which were your most frequently viewed movies as a kid?

Mary Poppins, The Sound of Music, The Last Unicorn, The Parent Trap (1961), but my absolute favorites were the Star Wars films. I would have watched episodes 4, 5, & 6 everyday if my mom would have let me. Especially Return of the Jedi.

For me, it was totally Mannequin, The Goonies, Troop Beverly Hills, Ferris Bueller, and my brother liked Tron but I always dozed off

The Three Lives of Thomasina (which I always thought was called The Nine lives... but according to IMDB I'm wrong) The Last Unicorn Land Before Time Parent Trap Troop Beverly Hills Pippi Longstocking Poltergeist (My mom wouldnt let me watch R rated movies when I was a kid and this was like the only non-R rated horror movie there was)

how can i forget parent trap? I loved that movie and watched it many times, I thought lindsay lohan was a twin at first, lol! That movie made me want to be a twin. Also loved the disney movies especially cinderella.

The Goonies Return to Oz Neverending Story Alice in Wonderland Escape to Witch Mountain/Return to Witch Mountain The Watcher in the Woods Pollyanna Parent Trap (the original with Hayley Mills) Those were my favorites when I was in the 8-12 age range or so. Some of them still are! Haha.
