Universal Pictures recently signed a deal with game manufacturer Hasbro "to produce at least four feature films based on branded properties." These properties include Clue, Monopoly, Candyland, Ouija, Battleship, Magic: The Gathering and Stretch Armstrong.
Of course, Clue has already been made into a movie, so who knows what they'll try to do with that one? Monopoly is already in production as a Ridley Scott film, and some of these others seem like they could actually be made into projects (a Ouija horror flick, action movie based on Battleship, kids' fantasy story set in Candyland, etc.).
Leaving out Clue since it's been done, which of these properties seems most promising as a movie?

Hang on a second...Ridley Scott is making a Monopoly movie???? What?! Which property is gonna have all the blood and gore in it?
For the poll I said Ouji, although it seems like it has to have been done too, even if it didn't use the brand name.
1I think Oija would make a good movie.
2I'd love to see a Candyland movie.
3Oija and Candyland get my votes!
4Ouija or Candyland definitely. Of course there was a Ouija-like movie out in the late 80's called Witchboard starring Tawny Kitean that did less than well. But, it did kinda scare me! Candyland would be a great movie for kids!!
5Wow movies based on BOARD GAMES??? weirddd...the only one I think could be a good movie is Candyland.
6I watched that Witchboard movie as a kid. It scared the crap out of me.LOL.
7Oujia ghosties would be good.
8Magic: The Gathering, probably.
9Ouija could be a great scary one if done by the right director.
10They already made a Candyland movie and a Clue movie. The Candyland one was a straight to dvd cartoon, so it might be cool to see a big-budget live action version, but I don't think they should remake Clue, the original was just perfect.
I think Magic would probably
make a good movie. Stretch Armstrong would almost certainly be a lame comedy.
11what? like kids movies? how? what?
12jumanji kinda seems like what ouija might be
13Interesting! My guy friends would definitely watch Magic: The Gathering.
14Ouija; it could be a interesting horror film. Although my inner kid would love to see Candyland!lol. Growing up that was my favorite game.
15i voted stretch armstrong (i imagine it like the incredibles) but i think candyland would be awesome too!
