You've already voted on this year's best movie villains, but now it's time to turn our attention to the characters wreaking havoc on the small screen. As a whole, they're guilty of a slew of criminal charges in 2010 from kidnapping (looking at you, Juliet) to stealing children's toys (Sue Sylvester) to stalking teenage girls (Mr. Cannon).
