The best rock albums of the year may be lots of different incarnations of the genre, be it hard, indie, folk, or bluegrass, but they all made us rock out this year. Jack White went solo, The Killers and Soundgarden resurfaced with new music, and Fiona Apple gave us an album title so long it has to be abridged. It was a good year to be a rock fan, so vote now on which album was your favorite of 2012.
