Most Elaborate Proposal: Barney on How I Met Your Mother

It took months of plotting, but Barney finally nabs his girl on How I Met Your Mother. I'm not sure how I feel about the intense scheming that goes down (after all, he dupes us, too), but I do like that Robin initially calls him out on being a little psychotic — before accepting his marriage proposal, of course.
