Green Lantern took the top spot at the box office this weekend, but poor critical reviews may have held the film back from earning even more money. Some praised Reynolds in his superhero role while others say he's just not well-suited to the genre. Watched Green Lantern this past weekend and I too thought it wasn't the BEST comic hero movie, it was still a good movie. It would have been better if there was more focus on action rather than the love story. I love Blake Lively but they focused on her being the love interest too much. Can't wait for a sequel ;) GREEN LANTERN GOOOOO!!!

i went to see green lantern this weekend and although it wasn't the BEST movie ever, it was enjoyable and i'm thrilled for RR. i think that if they do a sequel, that the story line there will be a bit better given the final hidden scene after the credits ran.
