I love heights. I love being in high places and jumping off of stuff, but I like to get my white boy on at all times. I saw I dressed up like a spider for Halloween, and I punched him in the face. So, it's a pretty intense movie, very good, enjoyed it very much So, what sort of drew you to the project? Working with Asgar [sp?]. I really liked him as a film maker and talking to him, the script was very interesting, and the character was complex, and we kind of saw it in the same way so I was all on board. You did not actually get to go out onto the ledge, but would you have been comfortable doing that? Above my bad grade. Do you have a fear of heights? No, I love heights. I love being in high places and jumping off of stuff. But I like to get my white boy on at all times. But no, not something I'm interested in doing anytime soon. What was, sort of, the most fun about making this movie? Crab services. We had a really a good time in crab services, deep frying stuff and hanging out and eating all kinds of random crazy foods. And, how was it working with the rest of the cast? It was great. Elizabeth is so high strung and crazy in this movie, but she's actually just a fun, goofy girl. And Sam is a really good, intense, smart actor. So, you know, and Ed Burns always felt like he was either gonna do some kinda cop, he's just a cop, like, everything about him. He looks like a cop. He walks, everything says cop, you know? So, and it was great to meet Ed Harris, you know, so, it was a great experience. Everybody was great to work with. Now some people are scared of heights. Do you have any sort of fears, any like phobias or fears in your life? I am deathly afraid of spiders. Really? I hate them. I hate them. All of them? I saw a guy dressed up like a spider for Halloween and I punched him in the face. You did not. I did. I punch people in the face. You punch people just like at random? Just dudes. Okay, well, that's good. Not supposed to hit girls. I went to elementary school. And what else do you have coming out, like the next few Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter is coming out in July, and Gangster Squad. Tell me about Abraham Lincoln. Vampire Hunter. I play William H. Johnson, who, in real life, was Abraham Lincoln's best friend his entire life. Are you a bit of a history buff? I'm really into Caribbean history. I think when you look at the slave trade and the origins of everything that happened in the Caribbean coming into the Americas and going over to the Caribbean inside of Central and South America. I think it's really interesting when you look at the pirates and everything that was going on. Is that something you'd like to make a movie about? I would love to make a movie about. You know one of the greatest pirates with the most kills was a woman. Really? What's her name? I won't tell you, you have to look it up. But she took over a ship, she finagled this guy into being her lover. Then she took over his ship, killed him, and had a fleet of three ships and would just rampage every ship that came into the Caribbean for, like, 12 years. Sounds like a good movie. It sounds like a girl.
