Bradley Cooper Has the Most Intense Job Ever in the American Sniper Trailer

The trailer for American Sniper, Clint Eastwood's latest directorial effort, is here, with Bradley Cooper as a man with what seems to be the most stressful job ever. As Navy SEAL Chris Kyle (who wrote the memoir that the movie is based on), Cooper is "the most lethal sniper in US military history," and the trailer puts you in his shoes immediately, showing you a typical mission in which he must decide to kill a woman and child who might be a threat. At the same time, we see footage of Kyle's life back at home, which consists of a wife (Sienna Miller) and child. It's touching and stressful at the same time, and in Eastwood's hands, this seems like a clear-cut Oscar contender. American Sniper comes out Christmas Day, and you can watch the trailer now.
