Poor Shelley, destined to be the target of a deranged experimental doctor. She had been one of the most sane patients in the ward (her biggest problem being a rabid sex drive) until Dr. Arden decides he's had enough of her and crudely amputates her limbs. But that's not all, folks. He does some crazy Nazi experiments that mutilate her skin and body so much she barely looks human by the time she crawls out from underground. In a way, it's a good thing Monsignor puts her out of her misery.
