Adele's Skyfall Theme Song

Having been a 007 fan since childhood, I've heard all the intro songs to the Bond films, from Dr. No to Quantum of Solace. Up until now, the smooth tune Garbage sang for 1999's The World Is Not Enough has been my favorite, but Adele's theme song for the upcoming Skyfall has been released, and it just might be my new favorite. Though I wouldn't have thought of Adele initially for this job, her sultry, haunting vocals are ideal for the Bond aesthetic. The song has a great balance of her silky voice and the big, powerful instrumentals I've come to love about these themes. It's beautiful, intriguing, and really sets the tone for the spy movie.
