Which Child Stars Do You Want to Make a Comeback?

Hello, return of the preteen idols! Remember Blossom star Mayim Bialik? In case you haven't been keeping tabs on her recurring role on The Secret Life of the American Teenager (or her bad taste on What Not to Wear), the actress is signing on for a stint on The Big Bang Theory as a love interest for geeky guy Sheldon. But she's not the only early '90s star with a gig: Bialik's former costar Joey "Whoa" Lawrence has a series on the horizon alongside Clarissa of Clarissa Explains It All, Melissa Joan Hart. Titled Melissa & Joey (inventive title), the show has just been announced as part of ABC Family's Summer lineup.

While these roles don't exactly sound like a huge career boost, the news does have me thinking of the many child stars I'd like to come back big, and I'm definitely throwing Rider Strong on my list. Which former child stars would you like to see?

you're so right - that does sound like Who's The Boss - joey lawrence is sooooo tony danza too, like it's totally perfect i don't like the name of the show though - Melissa and Joey is NOT catchy...but i like the idea...i mean, it's cheesedog to the nth degree, but it could be so cute remember the show Joey had with his brothers? awww Brotherly Love reminds me, bring back Matt Lawrence!

JTT *sigh*macauley culkinthora birchalexis bledel...does she count? i think she's more of an adult. but after gilmore girls and sisterhood, she hasn't done much worthwhile. she's awesome though!
