This video of Michel Gondry spoofing his own movie's trailer is funny, and so meta it hurts my brain. Gondry's latest film Be Kind Rewind finds Jack Black and Mos Def working at a video store where all the videos suddenly become erased. Their solution? Recreate the movies themselves.
Now Gondry has made his own version of the trailer as though his trailer were erased, so he recreates it by playing Mos Def and Jack Black playing all the iconic movie roles. Get it?
