The Screen Actors Guild Awards nominations were announced today, and as always, I loved seeing more leading indicators for the Oscars and the fun "best performance by a cast" nominees. I'm glad to see Abigail Breslin and Alan Arkin up for "Little Miss Sunshine," but can we please stop nominating Megan Mullally for "Will & Grace" now?
The 13th Annual awards will air live on TNT and TBS on Sunday, January 28. Until then, here's a list of who is up for what.

Forrest Whittaker is one of the most underated actors out there.
Ugly Betty starts in the UK tomorrow I can not wait
1I hope Penelope Cruz wins for leading role...I absolutely LOVE her.
2Overall good nominations!
I would have liked to see a nom for Ensemble for House and Gilmore Girls though. I know the writing on GG hit a rough patch, but the cast is always top notch.
3Happy to see Weeds up there. It is a weird show, like I don't believe the premise. But even with that huge criticism I still love the show. Great writing and great acting. So irreverent.
4I'm happy about Weeds, too! It's a really good show and I feel like nobody really knows that yet (besides the SAG folks clearly). That "Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series" category will be a very close race!!
5Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role: all were great that I saw. Forest Whitaker was a supporting role in TLKOS I thought. I think Ryan or Forest.
Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role: Meryl Streep. Again, all were good that I saw. I think SAG has MUCH better nominees than golden globes and oscars.
Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role: Djimon Hounsou
Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role: Abigail Breslin, Little Miss Sunshine OR Jennifer Hudson, Dreamgirls
Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture: Babel or Bobby. Bobby, though kinda blah, had good acting.
Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries: William H. Macy, "Nightmares and Dreamscapes"
Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries: Annette Bening, "Mrs. Harris" or Helen Mirren, "Elizabeth I"
Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series:
Hugh Laurie, "House"
Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series: this one is the hardest. 3 way tie - Mariska Hargitay, "Law & Order: SVU", Kyra Sedgwick, "The Closer" and Chandra Wilson, "Grey's Anatomy"
Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series: Steve Carell, "The Office"
Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series: Megan Mullally, "Will & Grace"
Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series:
"Grey's Anatomy" though I think lead characters Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey are the worst actors on the show and not because of their characters' love triangle.
Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series:
6"The Office" or "Weeds"
I wish Brad was nominated for Babel.
7I think this is Leo and Penelope's year.
8Yeah I was really pulling for Brad in Babel..you never know he could be the upset nomination for an Oscar.
9Whittaker and Gosling are the most deserving considering quality.
10There's jeremy irons name for those who were wondering what he'd done lately. Apparently he got nominated for a SAG! Cool.
And Jackie Earl Haley?!!! Like, From the original Bad News Bears?! That was weird reading that name.

I've never heard of any of those choices in the *television movies or miniseries* category. Apparently I live under a rock. Or something.
Boston Legal needs to win something!
12My fingers are crossed for DiCaprio and The Office.
13Im hope Steve Carell wins for Male Actor in a comedy. He's one of the few actors that makes me laugh out loud, and it's not just his lines either.
And House should have been nominated for ensemble. They're all really good together.
14Great nominations. Glad to see Michael C. Hall and Chandra Wilson on the list. I, too, was surprised that House wasn't on the ensemble list. They are a great team.
15I am pulling for Michael C Hall!!! He is amazing in that role.
16i'm rooting for penelope cruz, mary-louise parker, chandra wilson, jeremy piven and the adorable abigail breslin. great nominations this year!
17wow great nominations!
18I think that HIHYM should have gotten a nod for ensemble cast in a comedy. I mean seriously New Adventures of Old Christine?
