All of the major late-night hosts — Jay Leno, David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, Conan O'Brien, and Craig Ferguson — return to the air tonight with new episodes for the first time since the Hollywood writers' strike began in November. Leno, Kimmel, and O'Brien will be winging it without their writers (and with picketing writers demonstrating outside their shows' studios).

Letterman and Ferguson, however, have their writing staffs intact after Letterman's Worldwide Pants production company, which owns the shows, cut a deal with the Writers Guild of America. That might also help the shows to get better guests since there won't be a picket line to cross — Letterman, for example, is returning with Robin Williams on the couch.
I'm wondering: Are you more likely to watch Letterman (or Craig Ferguson) because the writers' union says it's OK?

If I could stay up that late, I would've watched Conan O'Brien. He's the only host I really find amusing/entertaining.
I wish everyone would get together and end this darn strike already.
1I'm with you, freegracefrom...although I will be staying up to watch Conan tonight. It's been too long for a Conan freak like me.
2i can never stay up that late, but i'm honestly MORE interested to see leno and conan to see what theyre like without writers. will they bomb?? i'm not too sure about leno, but i'm excited to see conan because no matter what he does or says i find him hilarious.
3I will watch Conan... he already said that the show will half sux.. so... he is funny anyway
4It will be interesting to see how they will discuss the writers' strike and the impact their decisions to return will have on overall negotiations.
5I'll go for Conan as well. I love that gingery giant.
6Conan rules!!! I don't stay up that late anymore, but I used to adore him. He is the funniest of the bunch, then after him comes Letterman. Leno sucks. He is the most unfunny "comedian" around. I don't know why people watch him.
7i don't watch any of them regularly, but i'd pick letterman or conan of any of those
8I'm more likely to watch the ones without writers just so see how it goes and if they comment on the strike.
The ones with writers should be interesting too if they comment on the strike. Out of those two, I'm more likely to watch Letterman for sure. I like his top ten and Paul Shaffer kind of amuses me.
9Never like Letterman so wouldn't watch him either way.
10I watch the Daily Show so I still have a little while to wait!
11i love craig ferguson! he is wayy too underrated.
12I don't watch late-night talk shows - I watch Adult Swim, instead.
13I love to watch Leno, i don't know how good it will be without his writers staff, but i'll give it a chance
