George Clooney is handsome and fast-talking, John Krasinski is the good-looking big man on campus, and Renee Zellweger is sassy and wears hats. I'm sold! The new trailer for Leatherheads, directed by George Clooney is a sight for wary eyes after the release date for this film was pushed back. Thankfully, it looks like they were simply taking their time in making the movie as cute as they possibly could. Opening April 4, Leatherheads takes place in the world of 1920s football: the owner of a professional team (Clooney) boldly drafts a college kid (Krasinski). When a newspaper reporter (Zellweger) appears on the scene, both owner and new wonderkid player find themselves vying for her affection.

I'm so sad. I was really looking forward to this film, but the preview doesn't look as promising as expected. But I'll still go see it for John! (Buzz - I think you mean "weary eyes"?)

7I just can't bring myself to care about this movie. Renee bugs me. I love Clooney but I don't know.... just seems so blah. Take two parts sports, one part handsome man, one party plucky heroine, and there you have it. Same old stuff.
