I think it should have been Jenah. She had the best pictures, hands down. Her hard shell would have been an asset in the modeling world; Chantal would never be able to handle it. Saleisha's hair alone should have disqualified her.

This is the first year i quit watching half way through. No one deserved to win on this season.

If Heather could have kept herself together then she would have been a clear winner. But... she will probably be more successful having NOT won.

I have been rooting for saliesha since the first episode! i am so glad she won! i didnt like her hair at first either but i think she kind of looks like rihanna!

Saleisha over Chantal any day, her walk was fierce but Jenah should have been in the top 2 and had the chance to compete.i felt they were like extra hard on her for no reason,there have been b!tchier contestants hello Jade and Melrose anyone???

This one was rigged from the beginning. Tyra knew saliesha personally. Saliesha had been to her "t-zone" camp, plus modeled for tyra on her own show, and there were times when saliesha should have gone home and didnt. Chantals and even Jenahs pictures have always been stronger than saleishas. The last challenge, the runway challenge didnt go well for chantal, but it wasnt worth saying goodbye to her, her commercial was better, her portfolio was better, her body, her attitude.

I love that tyra is all "she embodies covergirl" talking about saliesha, i hope she sees how saliesha helped ebony pick on heather knowing heathers disorder.

yep caterpillar girl said it...completely fixed BS this season was. they said chantal stutter stepped but her first dress was so low she couldnt get much of a stride going! it was all such crap. I'm done with this show, it used to be fun but this fix was too much. and really, they should lay off Jenah for not "spewing rainbows" I'm from the northeast too and some of us aren't as bubbly as the rest of the nation, too bad. there isn't one and only one type of personality.

Jenah! How do they dump the girl who's "taken the best pictures in the history of ANTM" for the girl who's "amateurish." Oh yeah, so they can justify handing the win to miss bubbly T-zone. i agree with you, caterpillargirl.

We will never Saleisha doing any modeling work, ever. She's just not a good model. She looks like a Delia*s (haha, does that still exist?) model MAYBE. And I feel like flicking the back of her head until she drops her shoulders, she walks like a line backer. But I'm not surprised she won, craptastic models usually win...and then never work again unless they're on reality shows about washed up reality stars, paging Adrienne Curry!

seriously, it's like an ANTM curse. Every girl I root for ends up runner-up. Shannon, Mercedes, Natasha, Melrose, and now Chantal. Wasn't is JUST a couple years ago when Caridee sucked on the runway but she still edged out Melrose? This isn't even a modeling competition. It's a drama-filled TV show, and that's it.

p.s...after ANTM, crowned was the most hilariously bad show I have ever seen. I can't even believe it is real, it's insane. I might even watch it I laughed so hard...silent but deadly!!!

jenah should have won!! i think they took chantals dress's fault mistake at the fashion into consideration big time too. its not her fault that there were people jumping on stilts next to the runway!! i think jenah will get a job though as a model.

I completely agree with you, jenintx. My sister and I think the exact same thing; they sent Jenah home (even though they flat out said she had the best pictures) so Saleisha was a shoo-in.

Maybe it's just the conspiracy-theorist in me, but something about that didn't sit right with me.

I'm sorry, but Jenah was the fugliest girl I have ever seen on ANTM. Her mouth was HORRID. That overbite and massive jaunting teeth? It's slack-jawed-yokel-chic.
I don't think Salieisha should have won either though.
I didn't care who won as long as it wasn't Jenah.

i wouldnt say she was the best but im glad she won. her runway walk was beyond fierce. probably one of the best of all seasons.

Chantal looks like Adrienne Curry. And Chantal will get a modeling contract even though she didn't win. Most everybody gets something because they are seen on TV by agents.

Jenah should have won. She had by far the best pictures, and she knew how to walk as well (remember she won the challenge last week).

I missed the last few episodes but Chantal should have won. As for Saliesha's haircut, it is awful - looks like a wig!

Chantal didn't handle the guy on stilts falling very well at all. She looked pissed off after that. She should have pushed it aside and kept going until after the show. She didn't have any poise

Didn't watch the finale because I didn't think any of the top 3 should win. I liked Heather I think she was hands down the best and not because of what she had to overcome just because she was a great looking girl with a good personality who I think really represented what they say the show is supposed to be about. As far as Saliesha goes I don't think it could be more fixed. I think she was slated to win from the beginning of the season. Honestly I don't think it was even an ethical choice on the part of the producers and Tyra to let her compete just based on the fact that she already knew her and would obviously be under scrutiny if she won. I think I'm fairly over ANTM for a while because it just isn't worht watching anymore especially by the time it's down to a few girls. They need to breathe some new life into it and stop doing all the standard gimmicky episodes they do every season. I miss Adrianne and company that first season was awesome

i'm SOOOO ENRAGED with the show right now. i got so mad when they got rid of heather. the point of the show is to find a girl that's EDITORIAL and heather was that - her pictures proved that. the next best girl was Jenah - and when they got rid of her - i really didn't want to watch the rest of the episode. Yes saleisha can walk, but she's so commercial. she reminds me of mercedes from a few season's back, but the difference is that once they got to Milan, mercedes really turned it up, and saleisha really didn't wow me.

btw...what was the deal with that fashion show? there weren't any other girls or an audience were there?

Heather was my favorite all along, so I was bummed when she went home. But out of the final three, I agree Saleisha was the best choice (though Chantal would've been OK with me too).

Neither of them should have been in the top two! They're both pretty girls ... but Chantal is boring and Saliesha's kind of ordinary ... and so many of the other girls took better pictures.

Then again, anyone is better than Jaslene! I'm just so glad that we won't have to see her on anymore Covergirl commercials.

Heather was the best despite her communications issues; she is beautiful, she understood what it took to take a beautiful picture, the camera loved her and her look is interesting enough to land her on the catwalk or in a Vogue, Harper's, W spread.

Viewing Saliesha's commercial, she hasn't improved whatsoever. She remains: dead in the camera. Bubbly in person, but this isn't purportedly a personality contest--NOT! And if she is the role model, let us take time to reflect and rewind on Saliesha's nasty behavior in the model house! She's a fake and if she's lucky, she'll book some catalog gigs that will land her in the recycling bin where she belongs.

I have to chime in and say that I think the show was rigged this time around. Tyra hand-picked her winner. Not that I loved Jenah or Chantal or anything, but Saleisha? Really?

I have to agree with the whole "rigged" thing. I did not watch every episode, but that girl was clearly not the best of the bunch, not even close.

I'd think a national modeling deal, commercial, whatever would disqualify you, since you've been in front of a national audience already. Just me.

I don't think Saleisha should have won...she looks like she's straight out of a Sear's ad. However, I've heard that agency's don't necessarily like to hear that you're "america's next top model" when they sign you. So yes, Saleisha may have a guaranteed job, but I think that Chantal and Jenah have a very high chance of getting a very good modeling job even without winning the competition, maybe more than Saleisha is guaranteed right now. I mean, they both have amazing portfolios to show when they look for other jobs now...

Chantal SOOO should have won! She was my favorite all season. I absolutely cannot stand Tyra either. Its always all about her! Did anyone else notice last week in the judging panel when she starting talking about "when she was in Paris and her friends who would be there one day and gone the next..." the look on the other judges faces was priceless!! Shut up Tyra!!

Anyhow, Chantal was awesome. Shelisa -- not so much.

i hate the fact that saleisha won.. me and roomie were really disappointed with the finale. i think top two should have been heather and jenah... if we're talking about who can really be a model in this industry and make it out there - these two had the best pictures out of all of them. i find the show to be really double-faced.. they say they want the "fiercest" model but then again - the two girls that made it to the end weren't that great and it was actually all about personality. they both were giggly and super friendly to the judges and they like a lil of the bootay kissing. they didn't like the fact that jenah wasn't as friendly to them - and at the end why should the count - esp if she did take the best pics from the group?

I LOVED Heather and really wanted her to win but after she left i wanted chantal.

HATED saleisha...although her hair curly was cute on regis and kelly this morning. but it was DEFINITELY rigged, tyra loved her for NOOOO reason.

the thing about the judges favoring/booting girls for their personalities is...does anyone really care? giselle doesn't exactly come across as a ray of sunshine, nor does kate moss, but they most certainly are 'top models.' it's just a BS excuse for tyra to keep her personal favorites.

It so should have been Jenah! Her walk was better than Chantal's, and her photos were better than both of them. But of course, Tyra had to do that annoying personality contest BS. Is it just me, or is her armchair psychology, trying to get the models to break down getting REALLY unbearable?

jenah was much better than these 2. tyra wanted some bubbly girl and that's why jenah was bumped. i feel that in the modeling industry, that's not a must. good pictures and work ethic are and that's what jenah had. plus, i hated the haircut they gave saleisha.
