It seems like police corruption has been a popular theme in movies from the past year or so (The Departed, We Own the Night, American Gangster), and Pride and Glory falls right in step with these other dramas. Opening March 14, 2008, Pride and Glory stars Edward Norton and Colin Farrell as brothers who grow up to do what their family expects of them: be NYC cops. Before long, however, corruption within the force threatens to tear them apart. From the preview it looks like the movie might be well-made (especially from the jarring beginning of the trailer), and it seems to feature the same high-caliber acting we've come to expect from Edward Norton, but is this theme becoming a bit tired?

6Colin Farrell AND Edward Norton. I'm not missing this one, even if the story is overdone. Norton is a wonderful actor and, from the trailer, it doesn't look as though he disappoints in this one.
7I am hoping that this hit the big screens over where I'm at and I'm definitely gonna watch it...you know since its Colin Farrell and all! I love movies like these anyways.
8The trailer doesn't look too exciting, but I watch every Ed Norton movie that comes out.
9ed norton looks so intense in this, but i didn't get goose bumps from the trailer or anything...maybe DVD?
10Both Norton and Farrell are excellent actors; it's because of them that I'm seeing this first thing next weekend.
