Stop-Loss, starring Ryan Phillippe, Abbie Cornish, Channing Tatum and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, examines the difficult government policy by which soldiers who have completed their terms of service can be called back to serve again. Phillippe plays a soldier who refuses to return to service, despite being recalled to duty. It's a prickly issue, and so far I'm impressed by how the trailer makes it look like the movie doesn't shy away from examining the various sides of the matter. Love them
Ryan gives me the creeps a little. lol
Channing in an Army uniform? Whoo-hoo!
it's been way too long since I've seen my man Chan in a good movie! It looks really good!
we already cannot wait for this movie. i'm excited that we're not shying away from the very messy emotional issues that come with some of our current world issues - esp iraq. I'm a social worker in Central Texas... I deal with these emotions on a daily basis in my clients and neighbors.
The issues raised in this movie needed to be explored and discussed broadly. I'm anxious to see it.
I absolutely love joseph gordon-levitt, he has a knack for picking good scripts. this looks promising!
mmm i love channing tatum and ryan phillipe, although i think it will be hard to watch considering this is the actress he supposedly cheated on with reese, i'm still mad at that break up!
there's not enough joseph gordon-levitt in the preview for me to want to see this. lol. in all seriousness, it looks good.
I like Joeseph Gordon Levitt too. But Channing isn't hard to look at!
Looks Great!
This is the movie with Abbie that supposedly ruined Reese and Ryan's marriage.
