I really hope that Lily just went to get Serena's dad to contact her. I am getting really sick of Lily's inability to keep it in her pants.
1ugh me too.
2Speaking of pants... WTF was Serena wearing at Thanksgiving Dinner? I'm pretty sure it was a unitard.
3i wanted to b*tch-slap serena. that girl is a freakin moron and i really can't stomach it anymore. like mother, like daughter i suppose.
poor nate
4Both of them need thearpy but this show is getting good again.... the plot is thicken.... I guess they say.
5I LOVED this episode. Especially the entire table scene with the Imogen Heap song playing (or I think it was a remake of the song--I loved it). I mean the song, the scene, it was classic Gossip Girl! I liked where almost everything is going...
6It was definitely Imogen Heap-love her. Yeah the scene was really good, but I also agree with you guys, the whole Serena thing is starting to annoy me. especially since Nate told her he had feelings for her and she went with the married man still (soon to be divorced, whatever). Her character is just annoying now lol. She has too many guys and falls for them too easily. Can't she not have a guy for a while? Or does that make her character bland?
7The song was originally Imogen Heap that has now been re-made to a semi-hip hop/pop/r&b song (don't really know how to classify it, I guess simply pop)... Its called Whatcha Say and it's by Jason Derulo (yeah, I've never heard of him either). If she (Imogen Heap) owns the rights to her songs than she's officially a massive sell-out... but whatever.
8Anyway, I'm excited for next weeks ep... In a sick way I wish they'd finally kill off Serena, but I highly doubt that will happen... maybe she'll wind up mute so I don't have to listen to her speak while barely opening up her mouth anymore... Poor Rufus, he was all excited to tell his joke and everyone just left the table without even hearing it... awww.
I wanna see Serena get what she deserves. Like Nate and Chuck and her mom and Blair all told her, this never ends well for the other woman, he won't leave his wife and even if he does he won't stay with her. And when things come out he will recover because he is a man and a politician while she becomes a punchline. She deserves to get hurt and mistreated after that BS apology in front of everyone to Maureen and then 5sec later leaving with Trip because she is mad at her mom. I thought the apology was for Maureen?!
And its really weird how her and Dan are so disconnected this season, they used to be so close, they are related, I would think he would care a little more about her, seems unrealistic that he would be that uninvolved.
9I lost all of the tiny amount of respect I ever had for Serena.
10respect?! I have never in any second of the course of this show had respect for Serena. in fact; last night's episode decided it - I hate this character. she is a stupid, naive, immature wh*re and there really is no other way to put it. and how disgusting was Trip?! I know you can't expect a man who cheats on his wife and leaves her to have much of a moral compass; but asking Serena to leave with him and topping it all off with that creepy grin at the end all after acting like it was this super difficult decision that he is emotionally torn over - what a load of crap.
11on a positive note; I do now have a newfound respect and love for pretty much all the other characters - Blair, Chuck, Nate, and Lily in particular. how great was it when Lily tells Serena that she's not welcome in her house?! and the levelheadedness and sense of right portrayed by the other three (Chuck telling off Serena was the best). I know that none of the three of them are exactly morally sound individuals; but I do think this situation showed their redeemability...
i really want to know what the letter said.Unfortunately its now in the wrong hands. Also...Dorota PREGNANT! ahh! yes!
