Now that we know there are only a few more episodes of Glee left before it goes on a four month hiatus, I feel like I need to soak up every drop of singing-and-dancing goodness while I still can. This week's episode was a little flat for me, but it was saved by the goosebump-inducing performance of "True Colors." Meanwhile, Quinn continues her Finn/Puck debate (who do you think she should be with?), Kurt turns Rachel into a "sad clown hooker" and Eve plays special guest star. What'd you think of this week's episode?

I actually preferred the song they sang with the deaf kids (I forgot the name) better than True Colours.
1Also they really need to get rid of Terri cause she's an evil shrew, seriously she has no redeeming qualities at all.
It wasn't my favorite episode, but I did get a little teary at the end!
2True, the better, if not, one of the best songs the Glee cast has performed this year was John Lennon's "Imagine". It was very sweet and simple when performed with the deaf "glee club" from another school. It fit so well in the episode as it showed the McKinley Glee Club how to keep from being distacted with all the other shtuff life hands you and just go out and enjoy yourself. A truly enjoyable episode of a terrific series.
3I loved it, I've never enjoyed a cover version of Imagine until now! The harmonies were so pretty
Papa Don't Preach was a bit bland tho, I think the ensemble numbers are way more fun to watch.
4I must say, I really liked 'Imagine' with the deaf glee club and the students...although I would have signed some parts differently. I think they were a bit too literal with the translation of the ASL for that song at times, but overall, it was really nice.
I gotta say this is one of my favorite episodes just for the deaf glee club appearance!
5I literally switched the channel and skipped all the parts with Terri in it. I can't stand her and her scheming sister. "If you want to get intimate with me then listen to me lie to your face about being pregnant" haha. Rachel was so hot! And I wish Finn's mom had asked how he got Quinn pregnant because then she'd tell him it was impossible to get Quinn pregnant in the hot tub haha. Loved the "Imagine" performance. Cringed when watching Papa Don't Preach-I just don't really like Quinn's voice, it's good, but I can't get over her character lol.
6I agree with everyone else that the "Imagine" performance was the one that made me tingle. I almost cried because it was so beautiful how the deaf glee and regular singing glee members can come together and sing about peace and acceptance. Great job! I don't like Quinn's singing so I didn't really like her "music video"
7really y'all? the performance with the deaf kids? i love glee don't get me wrong but that was the only performance i remember skipping out of all the episodes. i thought that the plot was too crowded also, and there wasn't much new information added to the scheme of the whole series. it was entertaining but not great
8i'm from the uk and watch glee online - i'm obsessed!
this episode also wasn't one of my favourites.
i really dislike terri also, i want this to all blow up in her face but feel so sorry for mr schu!
even though quinn is really deceitful too i love her character.
i love her accent and her singing voice.
i like how rachel and kurt bonded over their love of finn
i hope that all the story lines which i think in my head are really predictable don't happen
9It's was an Ok-good Glee yesterday, too much Terri and her awful sister, but now we know why they turned out like that (LOL, cuz of their mom). I do think Terri has redeeming qualities, but I hate the concept everytime she feels guilty, her sister has to butt in.
I actually do like the musical numbers, and I really like the simplicity of True Colours (and Tina has a solo!). I'm not a big fan of Quinn's singing, but the acoustic version of Papa Don't Preach actually suits her really well, can't wait for the CD vol 2 to come out!
It still mystifies me that Mr. Schu still has very little faith in his students in the beginning. Personally, I don't think the rival glee clubs has anything against Mr. Schu's glee club.
10I wasn't thrilled with this weeks episode. I thought all the songs were boring and not unique like they have made them in past episodes. I was happy to hear Tina singing True Colors at the end- the last time we heard her sing it wasn't as strong.
11I am feeling a little bitter about only 2 more episodes left. I am wondering how they are going to finish it off.
one more thing- Quinn decided to not keep the baby this episode but does Finn even know that?
12I was very disappointed with Puck's sexting- I thought he was making progess.
Yeah, thought Puck was making progress too, but when Quinn sings Papa Don't Preach, he is sorta checking her out with dirty looks (my thought). So if he is a typical high school kid (I thought he was turning out to be the responsible one), he will be one horny dude.
I actually hope Quinn would not choose Finn and Puck. She should raise the baby with Puck, but not be in a relationship with him......and btw, only 2 more episodes left???
13I loved all of it- FOR EVERYONE THAT PREVIOUSLY WROTE HOW MUCH THEY HATED TERRI-
Guess what? She's not SUPPOSED to be a gleaming "good-guy" ! Can't you tell that yet?? Just the fact that you're reporting on how much you hate her proves that the writers are doing their job. Also, if you'll notice, the writers are also throwing her character a bone in that they're allowing her inner monologue to show her emotions beyond simply selfishness and dishonesty. she is a very multi-faceted character and necessary to keep the plotline interesting. In my honest opinion, she is still in a funny pivotal place- she can go one direction or another- and THAT is what makes good entertainment.
Glee is a very smart show with an obviously smart crew behind it. I challenge anyone who thinks any of the characters need to be "booted off" or the like. Without them, you'd be watching Telletubbies and trying to scratch your brain through your nasal cavity.
14The inner monologue does show her desperate side a little bit, but I think they should start to develop her character a bit more as I've felt that it's a bit one-dimensional....don't even get me started on his sister though....aphill4...can u honestly say that her sister is not a flat one-dimensional character??
15I discovered this show here and I saw it in five days and of course I love it!!It's absolely amazing.
16I kind of agree with aphill4, I hate terri too but she is a needed character.
I think that glee is such as great as it is because it shows topics not giving them too much importance, pretending not to takethem serious with pathetic story lines but they totally do take them serious. We can see that life is not black or white there are just greys. So I love and hate all the characters in this show.
Btw more minutes for Emma, she's the best!
Pianoteacher1-in my last post, I don't believe I ever mentioned the sister once, correct me if I'm wrong. At this point she's a tertiary character. There's no need for her to have more than one dimension right now. I feel that in the very first season alone, the writers have done a decent job at developing the primary characters without wrapping up the entire plotline in that first season and leave viewers with a chance to build their own opinions and allow those opinions to adapt and change as the characters do the same throughout the upcoming episodes and seasons. However, again, as mentioned before, this is simply my own opinion.
17i loved imagine and true colors almost as much as the single ladies performance lol! I love this show I am distraught its going on hiatus this and the office are my weekly relaxers. I wish they would do more with Mr. Shoe and Emma they are just too funny.
18and jane lynch obvs shes amazing.
19I LOVE the show but I definitely think they've been dragging on the whole, will's wife isn't really pregnant and finn doesn't know its not his baby thing for WAYYYYYYYTOOOOO long! I mean, how could will not know by now, doen't he ever touch his wife's stomach?
20One thing I don't understand in the end is when Sue leaks the information to the other 2 schools, she didn't mention the last song? Does she think it's not worth it, or does she want the Glee club to do well with a song choice without gimmicks?
Also, aphill4, I'm using the sister as a reflection on Terri's character. I think she is flat as a cardboard because adding a one line monologue does not add a lot of depth to the character really. Yes, she's afraid of losing Will and wants to have a family with him, but does she, in her adult mind, think that by lying about it (and possibly living with the lie for the rest of her life), she's gonna keep him to her side? Maybe she's sad about her life now (since she's a former cheer-leader), but I don't think her life is that terrible (a loving husband and a comfortable income). And yes, I do think they are dragging on the pregnancy plotlines.
BTW, I wish we could actually know something about Rachel's gay parents! Maybe in the April episodes:( It seems to me that it could be a parallel for the gay family in Modern Family!
My favourite character so far is Finn and Kurt, and I actually like Quinn a little more. She's a better conceived character than Terri I think. Just my opinion.
21I cried and cried and cried when they sang IMAGINE.
That was the BEST!
