I agree with all of your points! One thing we couldn't foresee was a small glimpse into Breaking Dawn. I thought I'd fall out of my seat when I saw Alice's vision - proving to Aro that Bella
would indeed become one of them. That was AWESOME!!!

translate the pale faces on screen a bit better. additionally, the dream sequence with edward and (vampire) bella was comical. people actually laughed out loud in the theater. perhaps it was
all those scenes with the hot, ripped wolf pack that preceded it, but edward just looked silly skipping through the meadow.
Yeah people laughed when Vamp Bella and Edward were running through the woods where I was too...i felt a little embarassed for them...still loved the movie though!
Yeah, Anon, one of my biggest complaints about NM is the makeup and the too-bright contacts. I didn't think that they could do worse than Twilight with the pale makeup, but they did. And the
orange contacts on the Cullens were just awful — how would they ever be assumed normal with those eyes?
the contacts were wicked bad. should have just reused ones from the first movie. not only were they weirdly-colored but also the iris' looked to be enlarged to a not-even-close-to-normal
size. hopefully, they'll get it right for the next movie.
as much as I appreciate the improvements of the twilight saga with new moon, I actually prefer the first movie. For some reason new moon left me unsatisfied and lacked connection between the
characters. Like it wasn't believable to me that bella and edward deeply cared for one another. In the first one it was so obvious. Meh, i dunno...
