it was cute...but what made it great was that it wasn't ryan seacrest! he did an ok job. his saying hi to terry hatcher was hilarious. but overall, seacrest was nothing special.

4i really thought the only bad thing was when they talked about Isaiah Washington and then the camera shot to TR Knight. I thought that was a little bit bad taste. Let that whole thing go already!
5Yeah, I am by no means saying what Isiah Washington did was right, but T.R. and Heigl (when it was none of her business) made a huge deal of it. I think the classy thing would have been to quietly resolve the issue behind closed doors and move on. Instead, it became this huge thing. Are we so terrified of being politically correct these days that we can't use our right of free speech?
6I am not a fan of cartoon characters on awards shows---but I thought the Sopranos joke with the screen going black was funny

8Thanks for posting this! I like tv, but most of the shows I watch don't get nominated, and since I've never seen most of these I don't watch the Emmys. But - I do watch, and enjoy, Family Guy!
9eh, it was disappointing. ALthough, I was holding it up to the same light at last year's opening. THAT was amazing!
10they made fun of Scrubs. Unforgivable
11I thought it was hilarious, it was a good spin on the "FCC song" from Family Guy. I love that show!
12I especially liked the black screen during The Sopranos tribute. All in all, I thought it was clever and entertaining.
13I haven't seen the show yet - I'm hoping they will screen it here tomorrow night.

15i thought it was funny and a great beginning so I thought the show was going to be great but it turned out to be boring (as usual) and i tuned out after an hour and read who won online...

Anyway, Hilarious! I love that they used the "Freaking FCC song" from their PTV episode. Although I thought that was funnier, but still!
17i think the only thing that would have made that better is if Family Guy itself had been made fun of. it's one of my favorite shows!
18That was about the only part of show that I saw. It was CUTE!
19it was funny. fox was really using the emmy's to advertise their shows!
