Rob Marshall's long anticipated movie musical Nine won't hit theaters until December, and I'm practically counting the minutes until I can see all the talented ladies (Nicole Kidman, Penelope Cruz, Marion Cotillard, the list goes on) singing and dancing with Daniel-Day Lewis. The songs are showstoppers for sure, and now you can have a taste of the upcoming soundtrack. Give a listen to Fergie singing "Be Italian," one of the show's biggest numbers, and tell me what you think — nailed it or not impressed?

I'm in between. I think she sounds great but the accent is a little silly. If I hadn't known that was her the accent would not sound as bad, but knowing it's Fergie "pee pants" it makes me laugh like a 14 year old boy. (I know I am terrible).

2I enjoyed it. I was expecting to hear the pop sounding Fergie but it sounds like she changed her voice to fit the song.
3I'm not really that impressed. I'm a die-hard broadway enthusiast and she just doesn't seem to have it with the accent. I think it would've been better without the accent but it really just makes her sounds silly. But who knows maybe the scene will blow me away and I'll fall in love. But for now she should stick to pop.

5if I didn't know it was Fergie, I would have no question about being impressed. I have seen the trailer and heard this song not knowing it was her and thought it sounded great. Hopefully, she'll surprise everyone
6Fergie sounds amazing. People are giving her great reviews in previews. Her range is amazing and she holds those notes great! The role is a silly role, if you listen to the broadway version is is kind of comedic. But everything Iam reading is saying how Fergie was amazing in the role. The hate for her is ridiculous. She has a great voice,. Way better than boring Beyonce in Dreamgirls.
7I'm mostly impressed, but there are a few spots where Fergie slips back into her "pop" style, which really breaks the mood for me.
