Sure, my attention has turned mostly to fall TV these days, but I don't want to forget some of the summer's stellar series. It was a season loaded with strong new and returning fare, especially on cable, and while not all of my reasons to keep your TV on panned out into the classics I'd hoped for, there were still a lot of great shows out there. Which was your favorite?

7Entourage is the only one of these shows I have seen and I love it
8I only watched Entourage and Big Love (and I'm struggling to finish John from Cincinnati because it's on my TiVo and therefore I feel obligated to watch it), but I wish I had Showtime and could watch Weeds. Oh well, I'll wait till DVD.

13What a difficult choice! I love Mad Men and Damages, but I simply adore Flight of the Conchords. Entourage and Big Love are always favs, too.

15Entourage and Big Love are my faves. Flight of the Conchords is fast becoming one of my faves too! I also watched Damages but I'm still catching up on it (on my Tivo).
16i love psych too--great ensemble cast, perfectly cast.
Traveler was the highlight for this TV summer...it appears the series will not be back for the fall as ABC allowed everyone's contracts to lapse. There was an online save traveler campaign going on somewhere but i don't think it was successful. Sad news--it was a quality show.

30entourage was he only one i watch that sticked around for whole summer. i love love weeds and traveler, but i haven't watched any of these for a good month now...
31I really love the Monk-Psych combo on Friday nights... especially Psych.
32Sad as it may be, I have been totally addicted to Who Wants to Be a Superhero, and to Rock of Love. They are my summer Guilty Pleasures this year.
33How can you choose just one...so unfair! Big Brother 8, Entourage & Weeds.
34I managed to catch a marathon of Mad Men on AMC last week. I had been wanting to see it for ages, but I never knew when it was on. I hope the series comes back. If you can look past the misogynist views of women, you'll find the characters enjoyable. Besides, the guys that are real pigs get what's coming to them in the end.

36The Starter Wife. I really loved that show and was sad that it ended so fast!
37I liked Army Wives but my husband hated it because he said they did not show the military correctly. They did not wear their uniform and badges or something correctly. Anyway...Is starter Wife the one with Debra Messing? I was watching one of her new shows but then couldn't find it anymore.
38I really enjoyed Traveler, like it was deff loser and all but it was enjoyable and omg the end! ughhh
oh and also Hidden Palms was soo horrible but i was so addicted =P
39Easy, Army Wives! Such a surprise favorite - I so wasn't expecting to like it! And such a good call on GREEK. Um, how adorable is that kid. I swear I said EVERY time he was on the screen. I think my roommate wanted to kick me! So cute!
