Another Halloween has come and gone, and as usual I saw plenty of costumes from the pop culture world. As expected, there were some Jon and Kates (like Heidi and Spencer's rendition), a few Edwards and Bellas, and some Michael Jacksons in the mix.
Then there were a few more obscure references that pleasantly surprised me — one of my co-workers rocked it as Joanna from Office Space, and two of my friends were adorable in homemade outfits inspired by the movie Eagle vs. Shark. What fun costumes did you see?

The one I laughed at the most was Slap Chop Vince, complete with earpiece mic, a Slap Chop, blue apron, and a hooker with a black eye on his arm
We also got a Kurt Cobain and Michael Stipe in my bar, they looked awesome! Kurt had even hand-drawn his own Daniel Johnston shirt, I was pretty impressed to see that in 2009!
1I saw a Rockford Peach from A League of Their Own, and lots of guys dressed as Max from Where The Wild Things Are
2Mr. Clean was a good one. Then there was some crazy girl who went as Lilu from 5th Element. Poor girl nearly froze to death. But the ultimate was Darth Helmet.
3I saw a guy dressed as Sawyer from Lost, wearing the Dharma Initiative jumpsuit with "Lafleur" written on it.
I also saw a guy who stole Jim's costume from the Office - he wrote book on his face! 
4there was an amazing Michael Jackson here, complete with entourage and security. a bunch of girls followed him screening his name, and he had a security guy holding up an umbrella. he danced to MJ when playing on the cars stuck in the bumper to bumper traffic and posed for pictures.
5At the Halloween party I attended, there was Liz Lemon, Kenneth the Page, and Frank from 30 Rock. The costumes were really great.
6i saw a lot of amazing lady gagas. but my favorite, as it is every year, is the 3-hole punch jim from the office a few years ago.
7I saw a few costumes this year that I've never seen before. There was a couple that was Almond Joy and Mounds.. He was Almond Joy and it said, 'I've got nuts.. " on the back.
I also saw a girl who took a red/white checkered tablecloth and fashioned it into a strapless dress.. then glued paper plates, napkins and silverware to herself. She was a picnic!!
I'm trying to think.. I saw a lot of H1N1 couples..
8I saw a whole group that went as the H1N1, there was a guy with a pimp costume and a venus flytrap head who went as Venus Super Fly Trap, and a guy in a silver unitard with a gun and a stat on his face who was a shooting star, and there was the couple that went as the mime and the hippy they were Peace and Quiet.

10Flo from the Progressive insurance commercials. It was a big hit!
11Lindsb- I saw the same mounds/ almond joy couple! Were you at the weezer concert?
