I usually leave the celebrity gushing to Pop, but I have to make an exception for Mandy Moore, who I think is hilarious and best-friend-worthy and deserving of a lot more credit than she gets for her acting. I'm hopeful that her guest spot on the Sept. 24 season premiere of "How I Met Your Mother" will prove me right. Moore plays a hard-drinking, heavily tattooed bad girl whom Ted meets on his first night out on the town, and she's already got a couple of good lines just in this short clip from the episode.
