We know that some actresses in Hollywood have hefty paychecks, but which A-listers bring in the most money for the studios? Forbes just revealed its top 10, and the list includes several unexpected choices.
At No. 1 is Naomi Watts. Are you surprised by the pick? Seems kind of odd — why not the biggest earner of all, Angelina Jolie? — but keep in mind that these are the women who make the best financial investment. (Read: Lower paychecks, higher-grossing movies like King Kong.)
I'm actually glad to see Watts in the lead. She's an underrated actress, and she somehow always manages to stay out of the Hollywood limelight, so it's nice to see her get some recognition.

3Not surprising at all... except Jennifer Aniston. The more popular actresses Angelina, Reese, Julia, Nicole, haven't always been box office gold for what they are paid. Not to say they aren't great, but they have all had some pretty expensive box office flops.
4i love seeing Meryl Streep still on top after all these years! i'm kinda surprised to see Jen Aniston as bankable, but i guess she does have the Rom-Com genre down pretty well.
5This list makes sense to me, but I think Watts and a few others have been in movies where they weren't necessarily the reason the movie made so much. For example, I think King Kong would have made just as much with another actress, so I'm not sure it should be used in figuring out how valuable Watts is as a box-office draw.
6jen A, was on top of this title two years ago, so yes she deserves to be on this list. she has a good string of Big Hit movies that didn't cost much, no cartoons or animation!!!so yes, she's a bankable star. i don't understand why some still hate her. angelina got brad, the Prize!! let it go!!
