This was a cute enough book but for some reason I think this isn't going to be a very good movie.

This book is fantastic! I only wish I had thought to write a book about my rambunctious lab! I have to be thankful she's not as destructive as Marley though.

Wow! That is great news that Jen is working so much again. I read that she is a dog owner herself, which is good for that she can bring her real-life experiences to her character. The book is great and any dog owner will appreciate the bond that the dog, Marley develops with his family. Looking forward to the film!

I love this book. Laughed, cried and related about Marley is like my crazy retriever. Who will play Marley? I think my dog should she is almost as bad as Marley.

I loved this book so much and am excited to see the film. I have two labs and totally related to everything he wrote about. I cried and cried too. Makes me want to cry now even. I am such a softie. =o)

I did adore the book. And like everyone else, cried like a baby I think it's the first book to make me cry.

The book was cute and funny, but I can't see Aniston playing the wife...not sure about Owen either, though. I agree with Neuroticone.

im so excited! havent read the book but my mom has it...i love ALL jen aniston movies so im sure ill love this. prob will get bad reviews in the press but i never care!

I don't think I can watch it - I loved the book but read it a few weeks after putting my own childhood dog down. I got a little beyond the normal reaction.

I'm afraid my current dog would not appreciate all the clinging i'd be doing after...

I've never loved him and just tolerated him really. But "You Me and Dupree" pushed me over the "hate line". Can't stand him now!

After hearing bad new of Owen's health last night...I do hope he's recovered in time to make this and many more for us.

Owen needs so much rest though....You're in our prayers Owen.

It sounds like a bad Beethoven movie to me but with a prettier cast

I absolutely loved this book, especially because I am also the owner of a 93 pound 8 year old yellow lab who still acts like a pup. I have experienced all of the same things as the author plus some and I am so excited to see the humor come forth in a movie. I hope it is as good as the book, although movies usually aren't.
