Mad Men is taking home the Emmy for Outstanding Drama Series! It beat out Breaking Bad, Dexter, Damages, Big Love, Lost, and House.
This is Mad Men's second year in a row winning and was my prediction too.
What do you think about this win?

Decleor
How could anyone possibly disagree with this choice? Mad Men and Sons of Anarchy are the two best written dramas on television right now. SoA had a spotty first season so I think it's fair it wasn't nominated, but there is nothing that even touches Mad Men.
1My sentimental favorites were Breaking Bad and Dexter. But I havent been able to check out Mad Men yet. So, Im ok with the choice. I just dont think it will be real popular with the majority of tv fans.
2Lost.
3I agree! Although I just started watching Dexter season 1 this evening, and I had a hard time staying away from watching the whole season in one sitting.
4A spoiler alert until it aired on the West Coast would have been a nice touch.
5i want HOUSE!
6Absolutely agree!
7HOUSE!!!!
8Lost or House. I don't watch Mad Men, so I don't understand the craze about it, but I'm going to be ticked if next year Lost doesn't win for it's final season.
9I don't watch this show, but I can't see being better than Lost.
10House or Dexter or even Breaking Bad would've been better. This hype for Mad Men is boring.
11I like Lost, don't get me wrong, but Mad Men is (in my opinion) infinitely better than Lost. It's much more nuanced; the performances are stronger. To me, it's just an overall better show. I don't really see how someone could judge either way unless they watch both shows, though.
That being said, I think a lot of people are saving their Lost votes for next year.
I also think House is a great show and like that it's able to combine critical success and commercial success, but, to me, nothing touches Mad Men.
12I just wish for once though that Friday Night Lights would get nominated. One of the best shows on TV with incredible actors and it doesn't get the recognition it deserves.
13I love Mad Men, but also hold a very special place in my heart of Dexter and Lost
14I'm tired of people who haven't seen Mad Men trying to bring it down. I've seen all of the other shows and the writing is no where near Mad Men level. It's so subtle and beautiful and interesting.
15I would have much rather seen Lost or Breaking Bad get it. Both are so different and yet wonderful. Honestly, I wish they'd award a network TV show and have a separate category for cable TV. Cable can get away with stuff network TV can't.
16I've never seen MadMen because I don't have cable and they don't run the show online. I wish I could rightfully agree or disagree! Why can't they show these supposedly amazing shows for the whole public to watch?
