The Academy Awards, definitely.
The Grammy Awards are a travesty, in my opinion.
1The Tony's... Musical theater, theater in general.. most actors/musicians just couldn't cut it. You need extreme talent for this.
2The Oscars. I love watching the Academy Awards, I wish I could win one in the future for screenplay or something.
3The Academy Awards are the most respectable, but I enjoy watching the Golden Globes more (because everyone seems to be having a better time) plus I get to cheer on my favorite tv shows AND movies.
4The Emmys are the biggest load of crap. Ever.
5The Oscars, although I agree with Mainly Obsessed... everyone seems to have a better time at the Golden Globes (and the Emmys)
6I used to be able to say the Emmy's but ignoring "Friday Night Lights" and "How I Met Your Mother" made me hate the Emmy's. I guess the Golden Globes, they are having fun

8I actually think the SAG (Screen Actors Guild) awards have the most respect. Of course, this only covers the acting awards, so the Academy Awards are a close second for all of the behind the scenes awards.

10Yeah I think SAG and the Tony gets my vote. But I voted for the Grammys because it's base on sales, airplay and such, which at times is accurate.
The Oscar is all about votes from the Academy and those voters usually votes for those that don't really deserve it only because Harvey Weinstein threw them huge parties. *cough, Gwyneth Paltrow, cough*. Also here's what irks me about the Oscars they vote for sentimental value. I mean I understand Martin Scorcese deserves a Best Director Oscar but for THE DEPARTED. Alfonso Curan for Children of Men and Del Torro for Pan's Labrynth deserves those awards this year more than THE DEPARTED!!!!! And how is it that one of greatest director in cinematic history, Bergman, didn't win an Oscar for all those times he got nominated like 9 times I think? Argh!!
11The SAG may be the most respected among other actors, but the general public covets Oscar the most. People know an "Academy Award Winner," but may not know the others. Not fair.

15The Tonys, without a doubt. Most of the popular actors/actresses would NOT cut it on a stage. =)
16Out of those I like the Golden Globes because they award TV and Film...but I love to watch the Screen Actors Guild awards the most!
17None of these have my real respect. I do like SAG, as others have said, and the Independent Spirit Awards, in terms of authenticity of talent and of who really "deserves" the award.

I don't watch that much T.V. so I don't really watch the Emmys.
I respect the Tonys, but sometimes they like to go for the shows that rely on glitter and less on substance. Other than that, they are the only show that gets down to business with handing out awards and doesn't offer 'fillers' during the show, which I truly appreciate.
Which leaves the Oscars. I respect those the most.
21Oh yeah, I love the MTV Movie Awards and the Independent Spirit Awards. Those two, plus the Oscars and even the Tonys I watch.

23I've been watching the Oscars since I was 8, so even if it is all political now, I can't help but love the ceremony and the dream of receiving one someday...
24oscars, even tho they get it wrong sometimes.
25the oscars even though they are all political. those awards most often reward some of my favorite movies. the grammies are boring and so are the tonys.
26for me personally none of them because i can't get any of them. but if i care i would say-oscars.
27I am a big fan of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA). They seem less political but I might be completely wrong about that.
28I perfer festival awards such as Cannes, Sundance, and those hundreds of other film festivals.
29Personally, I think I respect the Razzies(Golden Raspberry awards) more than any of these popularity contests
