The news:
Jennifer Aniston and Steve Zahn will play the leads in a romantic comedy called Management.
What's the story?
According to Variety, "Aniston will play a traveling saleswoman who sells cheap art to small companies and motels. She has a fling with an aimless, underachieving assistant motel manager (Zahn) at one of her stops, and he pursues her all over the U.S." Stalking = hilarious?
Why it might be good:
The movie is being written and directed by playwright Stephen Belber, who was involved with The Laramie Project and is quickly rising through the writing ranks in Hollywood.
Zahn is playing a slacker again.
For whatever reason, it makes me happy when Reality Bites stars play grown-up versions of their roles in that movie. It's much less freaky than, say, Ethan Hawke playing a dad in The Hottest State.
Funny trivia:
This isn't Zahn's first dalliance with a "Friends" star. Fans might recall that Zahn played Phoebe's first husband, Duncan, in one episode.

5This pairing will be gold.They are so funny and talented.He was also in Object of My Affection with Jennifer a few years back.She's taken her time to do a movie-something tells me this is a great script.It has a definite Indie feel to me-she does great in Indie flicks. According to something I read on Google this movie is expected to start filming soon in Oregon.Beautiful area-looking forward to this movie.

7lol i couldnt put my finger on where he was form until i read how he played Pheobee's husband. lol. this movie doesnt seem like it will be that great. too bad cause i really like jennifer aniston.
8i agree - jennifer aniston isn't someone i'd pay full price to see maybe not even rental - free from the library?!
9I feel bad for her. She's an A-List star but doesn't have the pull necessary to make mega-successful movies, and because of her status she is expected to make mainstream movies to keep it.
10I wasn't too excited when I first read about this, but now... it could be funny. And haha, Zahn was funny in Friends.
