A couple of weeks ago, I told you how excited I was about the premiere of "Mad Men," AMC's new drama about the advertising industry set in 1960 New York. I'm still an episode behind (my DVR got a little overloaded when I was in LA for the TCA press tour), but everything I've seen and heard about this show suggests that the second episode was just as strong as the first. Tonight's third episode has Pete returning from his honeymoon conflicted about his bachelor party encounter with Peggy, while Don's business relationship with Rachel seems to be moving into unexpected territory. If you've been watching, what do you think of the show so far? To watch a few clips from tonight's episode, read more

I caught the show while channel surfing. I am hooked. Love It!!!!!!!
Mad Men has become the must-watch program of the summer in our house. They've captured the look and the attitude of the 60s perfectly; yet,the show really is much more than a period piece as it explores office place dynamics, sexual attitudes, and the power of advertising. We're looking forward to watching episode three tonight.
It definitely makes me want to live in the early sixties, so I can drink, smoke, not wear a seatbelt, let my kid run around with a plastic bag on her head, and sexually harass without guilt. Good times...good times.
LOVE IT!!! I have never been so excited about a tv show since....EVER!!! The dialogue is fresh, witty and smart. Oh, and that actor that plays Don Draper is HOT!!!!!!
not interested. sorry!
Love this show!
am I too late to catch up?
LaLaLaurie, I don't think it's too late. AMC shows a lot of repeats, and there are really detailed summaries of the episodes on the Mad Men site. The episodes are also on iTunes, if that appeals to you.
I LOVE MAD MEN!!!
