At the TCA press tour, TV producers seemed to be of two minds about spoilers. On the one hand, the people behind "Friday Night Lights" and "House" weren't exactly shy about the details of their upcoming seasons. On the other hand, Greg Daniels, the executive producer of "The Office," said spoilers were a problem for him. Fans online pull information from different interviews so they can "cross-compare with each other, and they figure out what the stories are before we are ready to present them," Daniels said.
Spoilers aren't just an issue with TV — consider those Harry Potter spoilers from a couple of weeks back. So I'm wondering if you avoid spoilers at all costs — or if you can't help but look.

I love spoilers - I seek them out!
I read the Harry Potter spoilers (the REAL ones when the book was leaked early). I was taking the Bar exam the next week and didn't think I would get to read it. I read it anyway - at midnight
I was still surprised and moved by everything!!!
I am trying my best to avoid all Harry Potter spoilers. I just started reading the book Saturday and have made good head-way but everywhere I go there are spoilers!! My new copy of Entertainment Weekly was filled with Harry Potter stuff but they were all spoilers so I have to wait to read that issue later.
Honestly, I love spoilers. Knowing what is going to happen allows me to focus on how the creative "how."
Why not. Generally speaking, it doesn't really ruin anything for me.
I read spoilers but just for my fav show of the moment.
I try to avoid them but I'm rarely successful!
I use to avoid spoilers at all cost but this past season of "The Office" made me turn to them. However, I know when to allow spoilers for key spoilers, like the finale.
I like TV and movie spoilers, but I never looked at a Harry Potter Spoiler (or any other book spoiler) because...well that's just cheating!
I'm no good at secrets! I'd rather just know from the beginning. Especially with books - I get so into them that I tend to forget the ending and just get caught up in the magic again.
i used to read up on spoilers all the time, until Heroes came along!
Depends - I like to read some Lost spoilers, but I stayed FAR away from all the Harry Potter spoilers.
I'm such a control freak i'll rather know what might happen in the show. Especially for the shows that I'm so addicted to I can't wait to find out what's next.
If I'm really passionate about something, I don't want to know what happens in advance. I want to experience the whole story for the first time from start to finish.
i hate spoilers, i think they are disrepctful and takes the shock and fun out of watching/reading something
I have to I sometimes don't have time to watch an upcoming show
I'm too impatient...
I got to admit I wish I hadn't read the Harry Potter spoilers, they kind of took my enthusiam for readint the book away.
I hate spoilers! I've been avoiding the Harry Potter ones like the plague. But, now that I've finished it, I can start poking around!
My main problem is that we Netflix instead of cable so I'm at least a season behind on most shows. People don't know not to spoil things that pretty much everybody else has seen!
I try to avoid spoilers too but not always successfully. Like Jen I'm a season behind in most tv shows (I'm in Ireland) so I've had a few storylines on Greys Anatomy ruined for me here
Sometimes. I read them when I don't really care about it. Like I didn't read the Harry Potter spoilers and I didn't read about the Hell's Kitchen winner, but if something came out about Survivor or something I don't watch or read, I would check it out.
I love a good spoiler. They spoil nothing for me. I'm too nosy.
I usually look at them and then get pissed off because I have ruined the surprise. Lat night I watched the Dateline special about Harry Potter and the final book was ruined for me!

**last** not lat
Sometimes I will seek them out (like right now for Supernatural and Friday Night Lights, because the hiatus is killing me), but I've also had things ruined for me by being spoiled, so I try to be careful about them. I didn't read any spoilers for DH until I had the book in my hands (when I immediately flipped to the back to get an idea of who died) and I generally avoid spoilers for important plot points on tv shows I watch once the season is underway. But I'm not going to throw a hissy fit if I am spoiled either. It happens, and in the scheme of things, it doesnt really matter that much, you know?
Love spoilers for LOST, but try to steer clear from them for anything else.
I don't like them...I love being surprised. Someone posted a spoiler for the Grey's Anatomy finale last season on a board and it really ruined that moment in the show for me. I wish I hadn't known.
i just do it to be an *sshole .
Yes! I don't mind knowing the ending b/c I'll see it for myself.
Spoliers sometimes can ruin things for me. I lose interest once I know what is going to happen in the movie/tv series.
I like lite spoilers - the likes of which you'd read/watch on Watch With Kristen and Ask Ausiello. They give you some provocative information but they hold hold back enough to where they never spoil anything too huge. It's like teasing yourself before the real deal. Casting news is safe, and maybe the occasional push in the right direction for shows like Lost. However, spoilers like the fiasco with the Lost season 3 finale are a no-no (I managed to avoid that, miraculously).
I read the HP spoilers. I couldn't wait. Be warned that this week's Entertainment Weekly doesn't just put their spoilers in the text, they were dumb enough to put a big box with color pictures of the ones who died. I bet they get a lot of hate mail for that.
Sometimes I just can't help looking!
I never intentionally look for spoilers. But I HATE to have spoilers for 24. I love to watch the show and find out for myself, so I will avoid 24 spoilers as much as possible. Except for the stuff that's officially been released, that's different.
Tv show spoilers I might be tempted to take a peek at. Movie spoilers I just stay away from. I don't want to waste 10 bucks for a movie and I already know everything that is going to happen before I sit down in the theatre.
I despise them.
I don't seek them out but I'm not going to skip a movie just because I found out what happened beforehand.
I love spoilers
YES. I cannot NOT read or jump off to the last/ next page whenever I read something. I cant relate to the characters that's why when things get pretty complicated I skip and find out that happens next.
Same thing when I'm watching movies (in DVDs/CDs) I have to forward it to the last scene to see what would happen.
