I admit that I kinda missed Gossip Girl, but none of these clips make me wanna watch the third season. Chuck cheating on Blair is soo predictable, and it's only going to throw their relationship into the same old loop. It's getting boring. As for Nate and Serena, nothing new either...

Well, but I do have high hopes for some Georgina drama though!...

My urge to kill Chuck is growing.

GG has always been a guilty pleasure; a show where I was willing to sit through the cheesy dialogue and awful writing for the amazing fashion, fairly well-developed characters, and juicy drama; but watching these makes me rethink that sacrifice! my God; when the atrocious dialogue makes Ed Westwick look like a bad actor; it's time to hire some real talent.
on a related side note; how awful was that first clip with Nate and Joanna Garcia?! Chace Crawford is just painful to watch; and their little cheesy makeout session followed by convuluted flirting and debating (GG yet again trying to make Chace/Nate seem smart) was just sinful...

I post the same rant on every post- season 1 gossip girl thread- We don't need another silly cheeseball sexually- active comedy. What was so appealing aboug GG and gave it it's guilty pleasure feel was the darkness and glamour. Now it's painfully stupid and the writers seem to think that if one dumb character (Vanessa, sorry) makes out with an equally dumb but CORE character (Nate) then we'll be satisfied. I loved GG when it was a little bit more mature.
