Last night Weeds said goodbye to season five with another classic cliffhanger, and as usual I can't believe I'll have to wait a year to see the aftermath. The show has had its up and downs, but it has never failed to make my jaw drop come finale time. Over the years there have been some truly shocking episodes, but which Weeds season finale is your favorite?

I liked season 3 the best. I so was not expecting the ending on last nights seasons finale. I just have to say that I haven't really enjoyed this season as much when compared to the rest. Nancy has made a complete mess of her life and family. It was much more interesting when she was selling vs being married to a Mexican politician.
1I miss Conrad!!!
2i love weeds! yay!
3I loved when Agrestic went down in flames - everything about that eppy was amazing. I loved Nancy going to her house on a segueway (sp?) hilarious!
4I am just now watching #3, so I said #2.. but ask me again in a few weeks LOL!
5Shane Rocks!!
6That was an excellent finale this year! I was truly shocked & had to rewind & watch it a second time. Can't wait for next season...
7this finale was crazy. Right after pillar was saying in so many words "Your attempts are frivolous and pointless" shane comes in as no longer the weak link, who was starving for mommy's attention, and swings for the fences. Bravo on saving a lackluster season in ten minutes.
8Season 4 had the best finale, but the worst cliffhanger. That had what was probably the funniest Doug moment of all time. It also featured Mary Louis Parker's best performance on the show to date- the car ride to Estaban's was so moving.
Season 5 had the best cliffhanger, followed by Season 2.
By the way- Shane has had the greatest and most consistent character development on any TV show I've ever seen. If you watch him from the beginning- shooting the mountain lion, making a terrorist video, speaking with his dead dad, jerking off to his mom's nude picture... and then seeing where he's lead up to in this season... phenomenal. It was logical, but still shocking.
9I really haven't enjoyed this season of Weeds. I feel like they went in the totally wrong direction with things. I agree with buzzlightgirl that I miss Conrad!! The show just doesnt have its mojo going for it anymore.
10THIS SEASON WAS THE BEST LIKE SOUR DIESEL BEST! IT WAS A TRIP I LOVE HOW SHANE WAKS THAT b*tch IN THE HEAD..... PLEASE DONT STOP MAKING BAD ASS SEASONS LIKE THE LAST FIVE! I USE TO HATE MONDAYS TILL WEEDS HAPPEND NOW I LOOK FOWARD TO EM
11I completley agree -- this season made me wonder why I was still watching the show...up until that last scene I was ready to say adios to Weeds. This season finale was by far the best one yet.
12While I do miss the little boxes of aggrestic, I think the show has evolved beyond the ticky-tacky and into the nitty-gritty. "We're all broken," said Nancy speaking to her beloved who finally appeared vulnerable! It is all so human-- except for Shane who seems to have adopted some of nietzsche's super-human philosophy. I'm not sure if Shane killing Pilar quite tops Nancy slamming the sonogram on the table of her would be murderers though...
13This is by far the best show on television. The writing is amazing and unpredictable, the acting is superb. The best part is how Jenji is able to portray the love and connection between the 4 central characters without much ado. Those boys have heart and some kind of moral compass (as does Nancy) that never really slips.
A whole year?? Are you sure?
14anyone knows when will season 6 be released? i can't wait!
15I love the show Weeds!!!! I can't wait till next year!! Im just curious as to how many more seasons there will be. I don't ever want the story to end, I would feel like a part of me is missing. I cant get enough of the excitement , always something. Total shocker to see Shane do that, completely unexpected. Keep up the work Jenji!!!!!!!!!
16i think season 5 finale was the best by far!!! the character development of shane, nancy and silas is awesome.all weeds finales have been great though, and season 5 was no different. i cant wait for season 6!
17Bring back Conrad and Heylia!
18season 3 was the best. bring back conrad and heliya!!
19I find as though season five has been the best season by far over any other. The comedy in the series has always been fairly hilarious and easy to pick up...My vote has always been and always will be to bring back Conrad. I was thoroughly disappointed with the fourth season and was quite worried about whether or not they'd be able to bring it back. I am also greatly impressed with Shane's character development, I was always aware that his dark side existed being present at his fathers death at such a young age would have had to have done some damage. He practically raised himself, his father being dead, his mother always busy with saving her ass and trying to provide for the family despite his efforts for love and attention, Silas of course being a teenage boy in high school and well lets face it Andy is to much of a kid to provide anything. Every season I waited for something to spark with Shane creepy looking and scarily brilliant but nothing of a high potency happened until Mexic*nt threatened his family. Shocking and Brilliant I was extremely pleased. I also find Celia absolutely hilarious and am very interested to see where she ends up in her matters of becoming Nancy...though kind of creepy very amusing. I laughed my ass of when I saw her dabbling in the world of the muff. Intense and Hilarious all the things a show should be...unexpected twists and turns not far from reality are what make this show good. The tunnel was very unrealistic and not impressive and caused a good show to almost lose its credit. Everything in this show has gotten closer to things that are quite possible to happen in the given situations. My jaw hit the floor with the line "A croquet mallet? I couldn't find a golf club." The best season and by far the greatest season finale I have ever witnessed in any show including Dexter another favorite. Two thumbs up and a standing ovation.
20Bullsh*t that we have to wait--thirteen episodes in a season. the show isn't that good. it's got one more season max. the shelf life just got shorter for making us wait. Jenji you get paid millions to produce shows, not procrastinate. i mean with the eriter's strike last year we deserve more than this this season! you better have another deal in the works cuz weeds is done after this season, esp. after this half-ass run. where do we go from here? somebody has to go to jail soon?!
21Season five ended just perfectly for me. Until that mallet hit Pillar, I thought Nancy was going to snap her neck and use her noggin for lawn bowling. Shane has shown us before that he adapts quickly to many of the messed up crap that family has gotten into. Who can forget the lunchroom incident or the knife he pulled in honor of his step-sister?
The questions still remain to be answered next year - Where was all that info Pillar collected on Esteban kept; what are they going to do about Guillermo?
22Season two, definitely. Best cliffhanger ever!
