As I mentioned when I came back from Comic-Con, I'm not really big on zombie movies, generally speaking, but after attending the panel there for Zombieland, I'm pretty much sold on this particular zombie movie. They screened the trailer, of course, as well as some funny clips from the movie, including a great scene with Abigail Breslin and Emma Stone as sisters that actually made me kind of sad — before it turned funny. It's really the cast that makes me want to see the film: Jesse Eisenberg is the dorky little guy who gets paired up with the crazy, Southern-drawlin' Woody Harrelson, and the two make for a very fun zombie-fighting team as Eisenberg's character uses the movie to run through the rules for surviving "zombieland."
Zombieland opens Oct. 2. To check out the trailer, read more.

I cannot wait to see this - I too am tired of the unoriginality of "horror movies" as of late; whether it be zombies, vampires, slasher films, Halloween, whatever; enough already! but this looks so good. I'm a little apprehensive about Abigail Breslin and Jesse Eisenberg really bugs me; but Woody Harrelson is such a rockstar character actor and Emma Stone is such a babe! in this that I think it'll turn out just fine...
1I, too, am dying to see this! I hate it when zombie movies try to be too serious... ummm hello, it's a zombie movie!
2I cannot wait, it looks amazing!
3My husband and I saw a trailer at the theater and the first thing we said when we saw it was "Cult Classic". I think it looks like it's going to be good. I just may go see this.
4I'm surprisingly pumped about this movie. Not usually a fan of horror, but this sounds fun.
5I really want to see this.
6They just showed a Pre-Showing of this movie here in NC and i was fortunate enough to get tickets to go see this movie Wednesday. All I have to say is go watch this movie. Although this past showing was free, they still might get my 8 bucks again. It was HYSTERICAL. AAAAA+
