Well, Harry Potter fans, someone has gone and done it. Someone with an advance copy of the 7th installment of the series has leaked spoilers from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows online — and some of them are doozies.
The spoiling writer gives a rundown of plot details, and backs everything up with images of the actual book itself.
If you're absolutely completely sure you want to know what happens, click here to read the spoilers. But don't say I didn't warn you. And please don't post comments with spoilers below!

It won't affect me. I'm a weirdo. Never read a single HP book and don't care to. But I understand the fan-dom. It's fun to get caught up in a cultural phenomenon.

2Gosh, I thought people had already posted some spoilers? I love Harry Potter, which is exactly WHY I will not read any of them!!! I don't deserve to have my reading experienced ruined by someone who obviously has no respect for Rowling.
3I read a few of the spoilers (they don't bother me) and all of them are different so that's quite funny. I guess I'll find out which one is correct on Saturday.
4Boo on spoilers! I am amazed that any real spoilers got out, considering the super tight security surrounding the book.
5I'm with sumnboutme - I'll read them and eventually find out what's right and what's been made up. Can't wait!
6Someone on the radio show I listen to told everyone who dies this morning!! I was SO PISSED!!!!!!
7people are ridiculous. just cause they dont read the books does not mean they can spoil it for the rest of us. cause the people who end up reading the spoilers just talk about it. its like read the book. you might actually be doing something with your time. spoliers = not cool
8I can understand why people don't like spoilers, but I applaud anyone who manages to get the information out there before anyone else (too many journalism classes I guess...)i never read the books, but respect Rowling greatly and I hope she continues to write many books afterwards.
9I also heard spoilers on the radio. I'm not a huge HP fan but my bro is and I would hate it if I was and anyone told me what happened at the end!
10a lot of the spoilers are pure crap and contradict each other, often on the same site.
And I'm a professional journalist (Masters in Journalism and Communications) and find it reprehensible that anyone would leak this information, if it is, indeed true. It's not a matter of "getting the information first", it's a matter of being a colossal ass.
11BOO. Someone sucks.
12my bf read an apparent "leak" of what happens at the end of the book. i've told him i don't wanna know but he says i will, so he's going to try and get me a copy right when it comes out so i can read it for myself.
13shafii - i agree with you! READ THE BOOKS instead of ruining them for everyone else if you're going to talk about them.
14And actually, the photographs of the book CONTRADICT stuff said in the spoilers.
15Man, that made me so mad that I went HTML bold crazy!
16To read the spoiler or not to read the spoiler? I can't decide.
17I love spoilers, but for Harry Potter, I can't do it. I am so excited for the book and I love JK Rowling therefore I wouldn't want to spoil any of the fun. I'm going to have to keep my head in the sand since I won't be getting the book for a couple weeks! :'(
18Just read the spoilers. Still plan to read the book. Who knows, these could all be teases.
19spoilers = laziness. I don't think knowing what happens is interesting at all without the knowledge of what led up to it.
20I stopped reading the books a while ago for so many reasons I can't be bothered to moan about. So this suits me fine, it just saves me having to wait until my bff buys it, reads it and tells me how it finishes.
21Why support someone who would leak this? I'll wait until Saturday!
22It's becoming really hard to avoid the spoilers, but I'm going to try. I want to read it for myself.
23You can laugh if you want, but reading exciting books where the outcome isn't clear is stressful for me. If I'm really stressed, I'll just skip to the end to find out what happens and then go back to where I was before. That way I can enjoy the rest of the book without my blood pressure going through the roof. I might steal a peak at the spoilers before Saturday.
24That is terrible...I am trying my hardest to not check comments on some of my favorite websites because I know there will be people on there trying to ruin the plot for fans. I can't wait until Saturday though.
25That really sucks!!!
26the spoilers don't seem "real" to me. all the stuff listed on that website is fairly predictable, and i have more faith in j.k. rowling's writing ability than to assume she would end the series without a twist or two in the final book.
27i love ya buzz, but i must say i'm kinda sad to see you have a link to one of these sites.
28Those spoilers are fake, at least from what I've read from the photographs taken of the book.
29I'm even questioning the veracity of the "book" photographs. Some of those passages are not even bad fanfic worthy and I'm not certain they even sound like JK Rowling. I didn't want to read too deeply from the photographed pages because I would like to enjoy the book on Saturday.
30I haven't read the books but natural curiosity makes me want to learn about what's going on in the books, especially the final. I posted about the leak to the internet yesterday, it wasn't a very good bookmark though, get it didn't get any attention.
31I've seen the entire photo graphed book- online- and it seems pretty authentic but they pages are to blurry that you can't read most of the print. oh well, I wonder what the book will be like and how it will match up with the spoilers.
I completely sympathize with cageyme - sometimes I just get so anxious over what's going to happen that I just skip to the end, read the final outcome & then continue from where i was before. I think this enables me to better absorb the book, instead of being so nervous that I rush through passages and gloss over certain parts. So I did read the spoilers, but they did nothing to alleviate the stress due to the fact that they aren't all that believable, since they're so contradicting.
32I just heard on the news that another Harry Potter Spoiler just happened in the Chicago area. Apparently an online retailer accidently sent out copies of the book early there and some people will receive it today! I guess JK has asked people to keep the plot a secret and not read the book until everyone else can! YEAH RIGHT! You know they'll dive right in the minute they get it!! Looks like that retailer has a lot of explaining to do as well as lots of fines to pay!
33these people have nothing better to do--- i mean, spoilers or no spoilers--- nothing beats the real deal, when you are actually reading the book.
i say, let's not talk about that person anymore, obviously that person is trying to take away the limelight from jk, harry and the legacy of the book.
34damn it!!...I've already seen sites with spoilers..luckily they write it in white and you have to highlight to see it...so i haven't seen anything...I think I won't touch my computer after today untill i get the book..lol...weird i know...but I wanna find out for myself!
35i work at a bookstore and we got a couple boxes of harry potter books. we're getting like 3000+ books!! thats so silly, it's such a silly fad. anyway, someone "accidentally" tore open one of the corners of the box and all of the employess were like "EEE WE KNOW HOW BIG THE BOOK IS WE KNOW WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN PERSON!!" who cares? sheesh. I have to work until TWO in the morning for such a silly little thing.
/rant haha
36Spoilers suck but...I read them all! Are they true? Any confirmation of the spoilers being real/fake? Please, SOMEBODY!
37i watched a youtube spoiler, but i'm quite skeptical... i believe that JK has a bit more integrity than that. i trust sugar that these are probably the real thing, so i will STAY AWAY! Can't wait until friday night, potter-palooza! I've already got some supplies for that butterbeer recipe you posted, i tried it a couple days ago and it was awesome, i'm totally making it to carry me through the rounds of potter-parties i'll be at.
38Well, as I said, I read the photographed pages of the supposed leaked book (all pretty, looked like the others. If it's fake, it's a hell of a fake) and no, these spoilers above are not correct. Or at least not the major details and main characters and all.
39neif. whats the link to the leaked one you read?
40Who cares about these spoilers? Even if these are true, the book will be worth being read! Didn't we "enjoyed" watching Titanic while we already knew the boat had to sink in the end?
41Ddene5713, I got the link on mininova.org (they had the full .zip for download. There's nothing anymore). I got it all on this link, but look what comes up now:
http://bayimg.com/album/NaaacAaAB
But you know, once online, forever online. It's just a matter of time. I'm trying to find it to post the link here.
42Oopsie, I had posted the link but it needs approval.
Let's just say they took it down.
I'm trying to find some other places for those of you curious to be able to read the pages.
43Totally agree with Padraigin. What does leaking plot info from a book have to do with journalism...?
This is really lame.
44I hope no one goes to the link for the leak. I know the options open, but I think it's important to maintain the secrecy of the plot. Maybe I sound like a prude, but it's coming out in only 3 days, and it's horrible that someone out there sunk so low to ruin something that means a lot to people around the world.
45yeap, definitely different spoilers around than those above. very different.
46I think these plot leakages are terrible. Shame on all those who are doing it.
47Thanks Neif. Given more thought, I'm thinking the spoilers are fake.
48I really hope they are. Though I'm pretty sure the book that started going around yesterday was real.
49i cant believe i read it...
please, someone tell me it's not true!
