"Big Brother" kicked off its eighth season on CBS this week, with some of the houseguests discovering they'd be sharing their living space with someone from their past. I've always thought "Big Brother" made it easy for fans to get hooked, what with the three weekly airings, the 24/7 access to the house and this year's addition of "America's Player," which lets viewers decide what one person in the house does. So, I've got to ask: How obsessed are you?

2What annoys me is how these shows always have the token black person, really just f**ks me off, ther is odiversity in this show. I loved South African big brother so much more
3BB is absolutely horrible! I've watched shows from previous seasons and they pick the lamest and most despicable people and have them do dumb sh*t.
4In Oz this gets aired Monday to Friday from 7.00pm til 7.30pm. Then you get "Up Late" every night from 10.30pm for around 2 hours. On Fridays you get "Friday Night Games" for 2 hours, plus the daily show AND Uplate. Sundays is 2 hours of "Eviction show" and on Monday nights you get an hour of "Nomination night", again on top of the daily show and uplate.
I DESPISE Big Brother but somehow you just end up watching it because its on ALL THE TIME! You can't help but know who they are and it's infuriating. Every minute I watch I hate myself but there's often just nothing else on. I CAN'T WAIT til this season ends (in 4 weeks) because we get so much TV back. There's like 17.5 hours of TV space to fill!
5Ive never been hooked on the show, but I did watch last night and wouldnt mind watching again if I didnt have anything else to do.

this season is going to be awesome, as long as they get rid of all the really stupid, annoying people first.
8I watched the first season and it was stupid then. I can't believe my beloved Sheryl Crow actually once performed in the backyard of the house on this piece of crap. I try to block that out of my mind whenever I see her face anywhere.
9It's mindless entertainment ...But I like it.
10I watch it every year, just so I can have a break from baseball. This year looked cheesy but I still put it on my TiVo's season pass.
11Its not really that easy to watch - the show frequently gets preempted for sports mid-season. And then plays at 3am. Stupid
12i watched the first 2 seasons & bb6. i was totally obsessed with last year's all-stars. i love dr will & boogie. i started watching this season last night. i love the enemies twist.
13I totally love this show -- but I think it's only b/c it's on in the summer when I'm home all the time.
Looks like they got some interesting ppl this year -- but I agree that it's TOTALLY lame that they only put ONE person of color in the house -- come on, producers!

17i love it!! Cant get enough of it..and so excited i get showtime and now i can tivo it and watch it the following day after work! its crazy how much of my day it takes up...and just FYI if you go type in Jokers into Google, it pulls up an amazing site that keeps you updated all day long!

25Cannot stand it!! The UK version is screened every night and there's a live feed for hours each day. And of course there's several other shows which talk about Big Brother. Demented from it!!

29I love big brother, my only beef is that this year they all seem to fakey actorish, not that in seasons past we haven't had some of that, but usually there is a "george" type character, but the oldest people on there are evil dick (full on Tommy Lee lookalike) and a 38 year old woman...idk
