The romantic movie Love Happens used to be titled Traveling, and I'm not sure which title is better. Both are somewhat bland and nondescript, though after watching the trailer for this movie, I guess that's appropriate. Jennifer Aniston and Aaron Eckhart star in this drama about "a widower (Eckhart) whose book about coping with loss turns him into a best-selling self-help guru. On a business trip to Seattle, he falls for a woman (Aniston) who attends one of his seminars, only to learn that he hasn't yet truly confronted his wife's passing."
For a drama, it doesn't appear to be particularly dramatic. But who knows? Maybe Love Happens will shock and amaze. The romance happens Sept. 18. To check out the trailer, read more.

It sounded very lame to me, but after seeing the trailer, it looks more interesting/better than I expected. I'd see it. Nothing beats a good love story.
1Sounded and looked pretty lame...Rachel Green is back onscreenzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. No thanks..
2Shock and amaze? doubt it. It looks like any other lame, boring movie she's been in.
3I think it looks great Jennifer looks fantastic and I think they will play well off of each other. Funny concept and sweet!
4Aw, I think that looks great! I love both actors.
5ohhh, can they make it any lamer?
6I think they look good togather. They seem to have great chemistry.
7How many movies have there been about motivational speakers?
8There was that movie where Tom Cruise was a misogynist motivational speaker, but offhand I can't name others.
This looks like a total waste of Aaron Eckhart and Martin Sheen. Aniston looks way out of her league on this. The fact that it's been bumped to September release doesn't bode well. That's kind of the dead zone, like February, when they stand a better chance of charting because most of the big movies come out in summer or holidays.
9She needs to do something BIG, like an epic or sci-fi. Enough with the Rom-coms, it's boring.
10Huh? What? Where am I? Oh, sorry...must have dozed off into a COMA
blah.
Poor Judy Greer -- stuck in the quirky sidekick role AGAIN. I wish she'd get a lead role.
11Seriously, I would hate to be typecast as the funny friend all the time. Honestly, it would be a blow to my self-esteem but if she keeps taking them, I guess she's ok with it.
12no thanks. i'll pass. would rather use the cash towards a pair of jimmy choos (for H&M).
13BORING.................
14I'll watch it - but wait till the DVD release!
15I really like both Jennifer and Aaron (Aaron especially since Erin Brockovich)
sleepy and watching...wow how am I doing that?! It's just Rachel Green in every movie...she never stretches herself as an actress....and for god sakes....do something with that boring...long strawberry blond hair! Give yourself a bang, cut it short, dye it! SOMETHING!!!
16I think it looks good. I like them both so will go when
17it comes out. I don't think it was bumped, it was always
scheduled to come out in the fall. I like love stories
and could care less about sci-fi.
i just want jennifer aniston to succeed in every movie, she deserves it.
18My heart stopped seeing the pic because I love love love these two! The trailer looks crappy, but it actually looks like a good movie. But did they really have to use the Goo-Goo Dolls, seriously?
19I wonder why all Jennifer Aniston's movies are so boring.
20I love both actors. They actually could make a pretty good movie too!
21and a couple in real life- they would be good together off screen- didn't her recently get divorced?
22I meant he not her- we all know about her break up!
23This was definitely bumped. They also changed the name at least twice. It was filmed in late 2007-January 2008, and shown to test audiences in September 2008. If a film is good, it finds a distributor, rather than get left on a shelf for another year. Or in this case, recut, renamed, then set on a shelf.
24For someone who hates her so much sure stalks her ^. I may catch it on DVD but definitely wont in theatre.
25Or in this case, recut, renamed, then set on a shelf.
26Ha, Edie J Blige, "Poor Judy Greer" was exactly what I was going to say.
She's so lovely.
But as for the film, zzzzzzz...
27I reeeaally tried to watch this with an open mind....but yeah, its boring Rachel Green yet again ( this is completely unrelated, but I wonder if Jen A's hair stylist also works on all her movies, because IT ALWAYS LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME, or maybe she has some clause in her contract that bans a new hairstyle ).
Judy Greer would have been SO much better as the lead...
28yep sh*t happens
29What if anything successful or even worth viewing have any of you done(ever?)Everyoone should just watch bambi(don't say anything if you can't say anything at all- there's a reason they have millions and you're counting dimes to hit up burger king_ go jen!
30What is it with today's movie trailers?
31I feel like I don't have to go to a movie, just watch the trailer, and voila, you get the story of the movie.
I like Jennifer Aniston, I think it's her niche (rom-com). Although I don't know if this movie has made her extend her acting ability or not.
But I do like her in more serious movies like 'The Good Girl,' that movie just got stuck in my head for days. Weirdly enough, hub also got that movie stuck in his head too (although he usually hates watching drama).
