NBC didn't order any more My Name Is Earl last month, but that may not be the end of the show after all: TBS is now in talks to revive the comedy.
The negotiations are still in the early stages, and none of the cast members have signed on. But word is TBS would consider picking up the show for 13 more episodes. Presumably it would be a lower-budget version of the show — but Earl's world doesn't seem like one that would be too hard to re-create for less money.
Fox and ABC also considered reviving the show but ultimately passed on it. TBS seems like a good fit, especially since the channel already has a deal to show repeats of Earl, and I could see it fitting in with other TBS comedies like The Bill Engvall Show. What do you think? Would you follow Earl to TBS?

this seems to be the trend this year that other networks are picking up shows. i feel like TBS could be a good place for the show - but we'll have to see i guess. i've never been a HUGE fan of it - but i suppose that giving it another chance could be worthwhile .
1I love Earl! I think TBS would actually be a good place for it. I was so upset when it was cancelled.
2I watched My Name Is Earl every week but mostly because there wasn't much else on. It really wasn't that funny. Cute at best.
3I would watch it for sure. It was a bit dull at the end of last season and the beginning of this season but about half way through it started to get better and I really want to see them finish up the story line they left hanging.
4Meh. I find this show very meh.
5The article is ver good. Write please more
6my name is earl is the only show on nbc worth watching for decades, It would be great to watch nbc get buried with this mistake
