We already heard that the CW had chosen a lineup of models, vampires, and LA singles for the Fall, but now we have a chance to see them in action. After the jump below, I've got the first preview clips of these takes on the Melrose Place residents, the lives of high-powered models, and the undead.
Speaking of undead — that may be exactly the status of the Gossip Girl spinoff. The much-discussed show so far doesn't have a place on either the Fall or midseason schedules, and that was presumed to be the end of things. But no: The network is still considering picking it up later, and it's presumably competing with Body Politic with Minka Kelly and Jason Dohring. So it'll be a bit of a wait to see if either of those shows can join Melrose Place, The Beautiful Life, The Vampire Diaries, and Parental Discretion Advised on the CW's schedule.

Melrose Place looks stupid. The other two may have potential. Ian Sommerhalder is hot
1It's ironic that two of the most notable people on these shows, Mischa Barton and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, can't act to save their lives.
2Hmm, not one of these three shows appeals to me. I may watch an The Beautiful Life and/or Vampire Diaries to test them out. Melrose looks the worst, very poor acting.

4ditto on Ian Sommerhalder - yum! Not sure why no-talent hacks like AS and MB keep getting chances. I guess name recognition counts for more than it should.

6The Beautiful Life looks cool - I'll definitly check that out. I might take a look at The Vampire Diaries too, but I don't think Melrose Place is for me... but who knows?
7And lets not forget that CW cancelled one of it's last remaining black shows:(
8Melrose Place, seriously? Why do they insist on remaking these shows I never liked in the first place?
