Lauren Conrad may be on her way out, but The Hills is rolling on. That's the word from MTV's Upfront presentation to advertisers today, where the network officially announced that The Hills will return for at least one more season.
The new episodes will premiere this Fall. LC won't be in them, but Audrina Patridge, who signed her own production deal earlier this year, apparently will. As for the rest of the cast — including newlyweds Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, Spencer's sister Stephanie, LC's Laguna Beach classmate Lo Bosworth, and more — we'll have to wait and see.
Most of you said if Lauren left The Hills, you'd be gone, too. Now that a new season is confirmed, do you still feel the same? Could any of the existing cast members break out and become the star? And hey, what's Kristin Cavallari doing these days?

8i think kristen will be b*tchy, so that's fun. but i dont think the show will do well w/o lc---its HER show. how are they going to shoot w/o her when all her friends are on?? will she just be in the background???

why would Lo still be on the show if Lauren is basically the only reason she is on there now?

14i agree with the above comments, i would only tune in if kristin came onto the hills--it was great seeing her in the photos from the wedding (another reason its so fake--a perfect segway to get kristin into the show??)
15I would maybe watch if Kristin joined the cast...I always liked her SOOOOO much better than Lauren.

18The Hills will never be the same without Lauren. Lauren has many qualities the Kristin lack's, the main one being class! I think a lot of people mistake Kristin's "honesty" for being blunt and rude.
