Someone over at "30 Rock" must really love Cleveland. On this week's episode, Liz and her boyfriend, Floyd, left busy New York behind for a trip to the idyllic Ohio city, where sweet Midwestern folks asked Liz if she's a model and a kind cop let Liz pet his horse.
