I still don't forgive Grey's Anatomy for its missteps earlier this season, but there's no denying the show has been working for me lately. And tonight's episode looks like it could be another strong, intense outing, as Izzie starts a new chapter of her life as a Seattle Grace patient instead of a surgeon.

Izzie's case not only gets Derek back in the ER, it also introduces a tough new doctor to the team, an oncologist who can be seen in one of the clips below preparing Izzie for the worst. But Izzie's not the only character in crisis in this episode. Owen and Cristina — especially Owen — also go through some tough times.
There are a few minor spoilers in the clips below — one might or might not involve a r-i-n-g — so watch at your own peril. If you want a taste of what's happening tonight, just read more.

Should be interesting. Maybe we are getting back to the old Grey's.

2I'm totally into this show again.
3Oh man I'm pretty excited for tonight's episode. But I won't be watching it until tomorrow, since The Office is on.
Can't wait!
4I'm so excited! It'll be the perfect post-exercise chill out.
5I am very excited about tonight's episode!
6I agree that last week's episode was like the "old" Grey's...I'm glad for that. But it's so sad that Izzie's sick
I might be one of the only ones out there who loves her character, so it's a little tough to watch!
7i'm sooo thrilled that the show has finally hit it's stride again. i was getting worried, but it seems like they are doing a decent job of redeeming themselves. the whole end result of the izzie thing is just a bit far fetched though - it seems like it was all way too easy for them. i don't know.
8emalove you are not the only one I love Izzie...I will be so upset if they really kill her off...
9I love Grey"s Anatomy!!!!!!
