I didn't even notice that there were no female winners until lil' cousin, who is 5, said "there's no girls yet" after Sasha Baron Cohen won. And I'm like wait she is right. I think it's funny and cool how she noticed that, but VERY uncool for no female winners. They could have at least given Emily Blunt a popcorn; she was nominated twice.

Oh and how weird was it hearing Jerry Bruckheimer, director of Pirates, whisper to Johnny Depp "Thank the writers" during the acceptance speech." Um...don't you know Jerry that Johnny said he was not good at awards shows and speeches so be patience with the hotness that is JOHNNY DEPP. He can thank the writers whenever he want to.

I was sooo excited that Johnny Depp attended. Very "convienent" that Transformers won the movie that you haven't seen yet. I hated how they turned it into one big advertisement this year.

First: Sarah Silverman was fantastic!!!!! I love her! her joke about Paris was SO right, so funny and it almost made Paris cry!!! It was hilarious, finally someone who is not afraid to tell jokes!

Will Ferrell and Sacha Baron Cohen making out: I don't think I've ever laughed so much in my life as I did during their performance! I love that they actually kissed, it was so funny! Will is my favorite comedian ever! I love all his movies. I do wish Blades of Glory had won something, but at least Will won something and that's good.

Dane Cook: Could he be more embarrasing?? He is not funny, but he think he is.

I love that Johnny showed up. He is so cool.

And Jessica Biel and Sarah almost kissing!! LOVED it!

Please let Sarah host this show next year too!! It needs to someone funny, or else this show gets boring. I love that it was live this year too, it gets so much better that way, don't you agree?

I may get slammed for this but I'll say it here and anywhere else I'm allowed to: Don't complain unless you're part of the solution. Women not getting awards? How about women not having the self respect to play the deeper roles? How about the top actresses continuing to accept poorly written female parts. We aren't going to gain respect if we don't deserve it. Drunkenly showing off your goods and having surgeons cut you up to look like a doll.... nothing says give me some respect for my work than a rack the size of Toledo.

Oh well - maybe the ladies can sweep it next year, but truly how can they sweep a comedy based awards show when competing against guys like Will, Sasha and Robin Williams??

There just aren't strong female comedic actors - well except for Sarah! She totally rocked the show. She was hilarious. Dane Cook really ISN'T funny! But my favorite part of the show was the moment Sarah talked to Optimus Prime! I can't wait to see it! Transformers looks like an awesome movie!

Iam glad Pirates of the Caribbean & Johnny Depp won the awards and I say it is about time. I hope they win some more next year.
