While I've been following Whitney Port's life in The City, I have to admit that there's nothing quite like the drama of original-flavor Hills. The show's expected to return in late March, and this trailer for the new episodes (which is either "bonus episodes" for season four or the start of season five — MTV keeps changing its mind) is full of crying, hugging, punching, and . . . tarot cards?

From the looks of things, MTV is setting this one up to be the Lauren/Heidi reconciliation season, with Spencer pulling away from Heidi and Heidi still wanting to make things better with her old friend LC. Meanwhile, Spencer and Brody appear to have rekindled their friendship, and we hear that both Lo and Stephanie will be — gasp! — getting jobs.
Are you ready to get sucked in all over again? To check out the trailer, just read more.

It occurs to me that I'm not sure I ever saw the final bits of last season. Was there another episode after the "wedding"?
1tlsgirl, from what I remember I'm fairly certain the "wedding" was the last episode
2Well the "wedding" at the court house was...i think. the "wedding" at the beach definitely wasn't.
I must admit the new trailer is looking pretty intriguing!!
3YAY, so glad this show is coming back soon. The City is an alright show but it doesn't compare to the Hills. It definitely looks like it will a great 2nd part of season 4.
4I only saw the "wedding" at the beach. Also, I love that we all have to put wedding in quotes when speaking of Heidi and Spencer.
5Real or fake, this looks really good!
6I love this show!
Why??? Why can't I let go of this crack?
7It's evil.
i'm feeling less interested in this show than i used to be. anyone else? i used to be obsessed, but now i'm kind of eh.
8i saw the trailer last night on the 'after show' and i was really impressed with how dramatic they made it all look. i have to say that as much as i love seeing whitney around NYC since it's my town, i'm not impressed overly much. i hope that season 4.2 of the Hills is better!
btw i LOVE lauren's dress here .
9I need to go into the Psychic business.
I mean, HOW could she POSSIBLY GUESS all those things were right...It's not like THE WHOLE WORLD knows those things already based the TV already...nope, she truly is a psychic.
and what's Aubrey O'Day doing on the Hills?
10This show is such a joke.
11@alesimas -- ditto!
12Wow, they definitely hooked me back in with that trailer.
13she looks like carmen electra in that pic.
14This trailer just shows even more why Spencer is a douche. Anyway, I'm really excited for this new season, but we keep seeing magazine photos of Spencer and Heidi being all happy and lovey-dovey, so I doubt it's really over.
15Lauren look so cute in this trailer, and I'm so excited. I just feel like there's more drama, and I like the people more on the Hills than the City-I love Whitney, but no one else really draws me into watching it, lol. And I'm so over Jay and his roommate.
I will probably watch this but why can't they just embrace the fake-ness? I mean, we know Heidi and Spencer aren't breaking up (there are pap pictures of them EVERYWHERE) and we also know Lauren has an actual boyfriend (Kyle Howard) who will probably not even be mentioned on the show once. The paparazzi ruins the fun of this show for me!
16alesimas - ME TOO
17for some reason i seem to be alone here in liking the city more than the hills now -- i'll be honest, i laughed the whole way through this trailer. after watching the city with all new people and new drama, thinking of the hills bores me. it took me watching the city to realize how un-entertained (word? ha) i am in comparison when watching lauren. i won't lie though, i'm definitely going to watch it haha. how can i not?
but they're just beating a dead horse at this point -- it's obvious that spencer//bartender girl thing is completely contrived, and the lauren and heidi makeup or possible friendship blah blah blah is sooooooooooo redundant.
18I love the show, it's a complete obsession. I definitely will be watching, but it makes the show less fun when they leave out the girls real life -- like Lauren going to events, and her boyfriend. I don't think they're trying to make it seem as though she doesn't have that side, but I think this show was more geared towards her job life the first season, and more her social life/drama in every season after that. It wasn't meant to be this real account of her entire life at that particular moment.
19That trailer sure works for me! Can't wait, although don't know when these episodes will air in the U.K.
20I wish they would show her boyfriend on the show. I love it but its getting fake!

22Does anyone know why they're moving out of that house? That house was gorgeous!
23I think Lauren said she wanted more privacy and security, so she moved into a high rise. She's renting the house out though!
24I'm so over The Hills. I think it's hilarious when Joel McHale(sp? I know I screwed it up, sorry!)from The Soup makes fun of them and points out how fake it is. He's so right though...what a joke of a show...
...I was a huge Laguna Beach head though...*hides in the corner in shame*...
25Wow. I admit I watch this show, but it's really played out. I just don't care about them anymore.
26I LOVE THIS SHOW! I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT SEASON!
